Hi I'm 16, and in high school. I'm a junior, and after graduation I'm thinking of joing the U.S. Army. I'm currently 6'3" 210 lbs. I'm a big guy, I have a beer belly(from eating) and a big butt. Although with clothes on, nobody sees it, and I look pretty built. Although I'm not. lol I'm actually really week, and probably have like a 32% body fat percentage. I can only bench like 110 lbs too. How can I lose about 20 lbs, and gain some more muscle. I want to be 6'4" 190 lbs(18% body fat), and bench about 160 atleast. Thanks

My dad had built a 1948 chevorlet coupe into a hot rod, restoring it from a rust bucket, into a beautiful hot rod. It's not painted yet, but he passed away. The car confuses me, because the shifter looks like a manual, but there's no clutch, I know theres a park, neutral, reverse, 1, 2, 3. But I don't know the shifting pattern. I think it's called a reverse Z shifting pattern. I'm not sure, and if anyone can help me with this, I'd gladly appreciate it, because my mom is going to register it in the spring, and put me on the title...but we can't drive it, because we don't know how to.

I turn my Sony 51" Projection Television on, and it makes it's usual clicking noise, and then the audio comes on, but the picture never appears. Approximately 3-8 seconds after turning it on, it turns off. The red light then flashes 5 times, waits a few seconds and then flashes again 5 seconds. What is wrong?

Hi, my auto shop has a new shop car. It's a 1988 Ford Mustang GT 5.0, we are planning on taking it to Englishtown Raceway Park, Old Bridge NJ and drag racing it when we are done with it. We are being sponsored by NAPA Auto Parts, and they have given us all new brakes, radiator, and radiator hoses. These have been installed, but since the school year has started, my friends and I have been curious to how much horsepower the car has. What are the specs of this vehicle, thanks.

Hi everyone. I'm 16, I live in NJ(Provisional License at 17) and I want a good car. My mom wants to give me a 1990 Buick Regal Custom, but I don't want that, because one transmission is going to need to be fixed soon, is slow, it's ugly, and paint is also chipping. I want a reliable, and good gas mileage car, that is a sedan(cheaper car insurance), but can be riced out a little and look pretty nice, like a honda civic with tints, rims, and body kit, and exhaust. What's a good car for me, for maybe 4,000-8,000, if you're wondering how I'm gunna get the money, got a 72 chevelle ss(402 390 h.p. matching number), left to me by my dad when he passed, but my mom is selling it....thanks

A gamestop employee from Brunswick Square Mall in East Brunswick, NJ, named John told me there would be a midnight release, there wasn't one, he told us there would be one, and we would wait in the mall till 12, and they'd open it up, and we'd pay the rest for Madden. I traded in NCAA12 towards it, so I have $30 down on it. I was sitting in the mall, and it was 11:00, and a security guard, told us that they wern't having a midnight release tonight, so I'm pissed, and we(me and my friends) go to the Midsate Mall(also East Brunswick) and they won't sell it to us with the preorder, because its not in their system, so if we bought it there we had to pay 60, my friend bought it for 60, and is canceling his preorder tommorrow at Brunswick Square. They are playing it right now, and I'm screwed, I have to get up at 9 tommorrow, and walk exactly 3 miles to pick up my game. Will they give me a discount or store credit or something, for screwing me over so badly?

Hi, I'm 16 years old. About 180 lbs, 6'3". This isn't overweight I know, but I have more fat then I want, more fat then the average 180 lb male. I have a beer belly, from eating. Well I want to lose weight, I want to lose it, and build muscle. What foods should I eat, and what exercises should I do to achieve my goal of losing a lot of weight? I know running is good, but I did a lap around my block, which is approximately 2,000 feet, and I was out of breath, and the center of my upper chest was hurting. So I'd rather walk, if that's possible. Thanks

Hi, I'm 16, and I love football(americain). Right now I'm about 6'3" and 185-190 lbs. This is not considered overweight, but I have more fat then muscle. I don't look fat, but when the shirt comes off, im kind of fat. Got a gut, and big thighs. Anyway I like playing football, and I'm thinking of playing high school football my senior year. I need to build my stamina, and lose the fat. I'm also slow. I can do a 40 yard dash in maybe 6-7 seconds, if that. And if I sprint 100 yards(football field), I'll be exhausted at the end. I need to build stamina and lose the fat. So whats the best way to do that. I know running, but any specific drills or anything, or stuff to do besides running, I've been drinking a lot more water now too, to help cut down my weight.

Hello, I'm 16 years old. I'm about 6'3" and between 180-190 lbs. I'm a big guy, and I don't look fat when the clothes are on, but when the clothes are off, or atleast the shirt, I'm fat. I have a beer belly, but I have drank like twice, and have had it since before drinking, so it must be from food? I had a partially torn meniscus back 3-6 months ago, so I can't really run, I can play sports, but I can't run without playing in a sport, or it begins to hurt(i dont know why, probably my mindset), i would like to know what foods to eat, what foods not to eat, and some easy workouts, so i can lose the beer belly, and slim down to say about 170 or less. I have 2 red welts about at inch off the back of my elbow. They are about 5/8 inch by 1/2 an inch each. I was watching a movie for 1h 30m, and before that I was playing basketball. As i shut the tv and headed to my computer, I was itching my arms, when I looked down I had these two welts, and I'm like wtf. I tried asking my mom what it was, but she told me to get the f out of her room, because she was dead asleep. While watching the movie, I was eating Herr's potato chips, and onion dip(sour cream mixed with onion soup mix). What the hell are these welts from?

Hello, I have a 1972 chevelle ss, sitting in my garage, partially restored. My dad was restoring(supposedly for me), but unfortunately passed away 12/12. My older brother moved up, and his going to restore it with me. My dad wanted it red and white ss stripes, but my brother says it will look "retar*ed". It is my chevelle, and I make the decisions for it. My mom thinks it would look better with the white also, but I need more opinions. It'll have all black interior too btw. I'm trying to do the car the way my dad had wanted. I know everything he wanted for it, including Hedman elite series full length BB headers, and flowmaster 50 series 2.5" exhaust. It is a 402 matching numbers(390 h.p.).

Hi, today is June 14th, my birthday is July 13th. I'm 15. I live in New Jersey and need/want a job. I have already applyed to multiple places hiring 15 year olds, but chances are slim, I get any feedback. Can I apply to jobs saying that I'm 16, even though I'm not 16 yet. Keep in mind, a lot of my peers, are already applying and getting jobs, so the longer I wait, the lower the chances of me gettinmg a job.

My dad was restoring his 1972 chevelle ss for the second time, but he passed away in December. My older brother and I are going to finish restoring it. My dad was a perfectionist, and tig welded the floor panels to perfection(last thing he did), my question is can we stick weld the valance, or do we have to tig it? Is mig a possibility?
