We can't move into our parents places because they wont let us. We can't afford to move out. Section 8 is 2 1/2 year wait-list and Public Housing is not calling. I have a job but its not enough to make ends meet. Fiance is looking for another job. We will be getting married in August. We have no home to go to. What do we supposed to do?! Help Please!

I bought a car that has a Georgia title. It was sent up here in NC still with a Georgia title. It was left alone at a friends house that the orignal owner knew. I bought the car from the orignial owner but, the car title was never notarized by a notar when the original owner bought the car new from the dealership. I need to know, now since I live in NC, do I have to get my name notarized by my NCDMV or do I not worry about my name being notarized, since the car has a Georgia title???
