Poop On Your Face

it started with burping a sulfer like smell for hours and then went to vomiting like 30 times the next 24 hours, waking up from a dead sleep having to vomit. There was a contracting feeling in the very top of my abdomen then it was followed by a twisting feeling. Loss of appetite, pain comes and goes worse when eating which is only basic still and water. No diarrhea, although the vomiting stopped after an intial bm the pain still remains after another, there was not any noticeable blockage or difficulty or any other symptoms of food poisoning or flu. no fever.
