I have posted this issue one time before but looked for a different answer.Now I new question.we have the guys next door ladderals flooding our property for over 1 year now the health dept gave him the 30 days to fix it or be fined and 30 days passed with no fine then the state came in and added 10 days on to fix the problem and still not fixed then the health dept passed it off to the county lawyer which still in 8 mos. nothing was done but yet the health dept calls this ahazard to health and a state laws that have been broken,every time I try to call the health dept the towmmgr the county lawyer they all hang up on me can I sue the town the county and the health dept for not up holding there own laws it's 8 mos. now that the health deptand county laywer had this isuue and still nothing is done as our yard fills up with his septic waste water.OMG it's so bad

we live in NC the health depthere has been told and came out to see first hand the person next door septic system flooding our land out they gave 30 days for this person to fix and he did not the state gave him 10 more days to fix he didn't now the county lawyer has the case and 7 mos. went by with no repairs what is my rights since the health dept and the co lawyer will not deal with this and it'sgoing on 8 mos. that this persions septic water floods our yard plus the health dept tells us it's a health issue and has ecoli in the water need help can the county be sued for lack of up holding there own laws

every night when I go to bed like clock work around 3 a.m I wake to very bad leg cramps this goes on all night until I wake up in the morning then I don't have any cramps just when I sleep

How many elderly people will freeze to death from that ice storm that hit and over 1 million people with out power and nothing is said on all news stations of doing any thing about them They did state on cnn that a elderly man did freeze to death do to his power was turned off because his payment was late.

My wife and I have a 20x40 in ground pool we test the water every 4 days and all readings come up good but the pool water is dirty.the filter is working great this pool is under 2 years old we shocked it and also put clairafier in it and it's still dirt we vac it 2 times a week.it was perfect till the field next to ours got mowed then over night the water turned dirty that fast.there was a problem with the county water for over a week it smelled moldy so what can we do to get the water back to being clear it has shock in it now at 5 pm today it will be in there for 12 hours the filter has been back washed after vaccing and chems add

I have payed off my bill with this so called company and they will not take the lean off my house they have cashed my check over 30 days ago and when I call them they hang up on me or tell me that they will not cater to what I need done as for the law office they have they don't even have a file number or know who I am and they never call me back but the lean is still on my house and land every time I call either one they hang up on me and I can't get any one of them to take the lean off of me can some one help me before I see a lawer whats the time frame they have to go by thank you
