We just bought a house that is 3 years old, the house came with a water softener. The hosue sat for about 5 months. The sinks in the masterbedroom have very low water pressure, also the shower.

I tried cleaning the screens on the sink and then hired a plumber, he switched the cartridges out and that did not fix the problem. He then later said that the sink fixtures needed to be replaced and also the shower fixture and that he needed to open a hole in the wall, he was saying there was calcium build up. Does this sound right to you? I jusst dont understand how replacing the sink fixtures would fix anything, isnt it possible theres build up in the pipes some where or rock debree because of the new housing area?

I still put him into the 6-10 range of QBs in the league, he is blessed with one of the best defenses in the league and a decent run game is what got them that win on Sunday. I think hes a Qb but still not top 5 material. What you guys think?

To me they looked like that superbowl caliber team from last year. That was until Collie got hurt then the offense slowed down. The Colts Defense has finally stepped up and was able to stop the running game. Dont count this team out of the playoffs, I can see them winning the AFC.

They're guaranteed into the playoffs if they win the rest of there games.

Also i thought it was a bad call because the Offensive linemen made no effort to block he just sat there in his 3 point stance with his head down. Dont you think they should change the rule that the offensive line must make an effort to block?

The Colts beat the Jags and they both go 10-6 who akes the playoffs. They would have the same division record. And they both lost twice to NFC teams? Who would go?

After his performance last night what do you think?

Everyone needs to look at it on how the refs percieved it. They saw Austin just catch the ball and then laying on the ground knocked out after he got hit in the head. Boom a flag. Its such a fast paced game they didnt have time to count his footsteps. Thats why they threw the flag. They dont have the luxury to call a penalty or remove a penalty after the replay. So u cant really blame them.

I think it would of been the better move. They could have gotten the ball back with 3 timeouts. And if they didnt they could of then called 3 time out to get it back. Bad decision by Caldwell again. Remember the jacksonville game when he called time out for jacksonville after they ran the ball and were gonna go to OT.

WTF stupid idea they should have let it go to OT thats jacksonville was looking for.

Im living paycheck to paycheck. And have been dipping into my savings, I would like to foreclose my house then taking everything i have and buy a condo cash. House is worth way less then what I paid at the time. Can they come after my condo if i foreclose?
