Do I need a new ignitor for my gas stove?
I have a Hardwick 70231 oven in my apartment. During a heat wave last week, my oven would not work. I checked the voltage at the outlet and it was 110VAC. Should the relatively minor brownout have been enough to reduce the current in my ignition circuit below the threshold necessary to open the valve, or do you think my ignitor is getting old and has has too high of a resistance?
