My boyfriend doesn't know what to get me for Christmas. And honestly I don't really need anything. But this is our first Christmas together and I really want him to get me something. I don't want him to have to spend over 30 bucks. But I also don't want him to get me a giftcard, I feel like they aren't personal enough. He doesn't know what to get me, we've been together for 8 1/2 months. I like typical girl things. Fashion, food, funny gag gifts etc. I'm 16. Any ideas? What do you want for Christmas? Please help. I'm 16, and I weight 149, and I'm 5'2 1/2. I went to the Dr. yesterday and she told me my BMI was high and I needed to lose 9 lbs to be in my BMI zone. So I've decided I want to lose 20 lbs (not quickly, or anything, I'm not really in a rush, I understand to lose the weight healthily it takes time). I know I need help with portion control, any tips on that? I've increased my water intake about a month ago, so I think I'm doing good in that section. I also take a lunch to school, and we're not allowed to use the microwave, so any suggestions on healthy food that doesn't need to be heated? And I play tennis for about 35 minutes a day (Mon-Fri). But I don't think that's enough, I need more exercise, I want a variety of exercise so I won't get tired of them as quickly! Any suggestions? And I think I quit too quickly, so any tips on how to stay motivated? I would love to be healthier and to gain more confidence and to rock a bathing suit next summer. Thank you so much! :)
