I love dallas, tx and want to live and practice law there some day.  I am currently working on my BS and will be done in 8 months.  I am moving in another 2 months to texas, but not sure where, Dallas or Houston.  I am trying to decide where I can move in TX ie which is a better likelihood for getting into a JD / law school program.  I have found 2 in Houston and Texas & M in Dallas looks like I will get in due to their cost and extremely high gpa requirement (3.8).   What other jd / law programs are there in Dallas?  I have contacted UNT Dallas with no success of response since I have seen it listed as both a pre law program and a jd in searches.  

My question is this, I am finishing my BS now and planning where to move very soon.  If I move to a NON UBE state & obtain my JD there but actually want to practice law in a UBE state elsewhere, is the only requirement to practice law just taking that UBE state's bar exam? I am looking at either attending a JD program in either california or florida and to practice law in texas when I graduate.  I will try to get into one of the texas schools for jd but highly doubtful I can get in or afford those. 

I realized I had avast protection so downloaded it & ran exe.setup file. Right away printer stopped communicating with PC. I can't end process, can't stop in Device manager or PC Processes, and can't uninstall because it is "open and in process". Box in corner of screen with Run exe.setup file is still there after a week. It says "Your avast internet security installation is in progress Do not turn off your computer. Several tickets later at Avast customer service and no response. Computer does not want to turn off either and afraid to force shut off. Advice?
