In the dog saga two of the defendants will be sentenced, one on Sept. 30 and the other on Dec 14 Today is Aug 17, why should it take so long for a judge to decide, I feel you just look in the book for the answer. No wonder the courts are so clogged with untried cases.

I know this is the Impossible Dream but have been looking for a girl with the maiden name of Ave Marie Spohr whom I knew back in 1947. She was born in CT about 1927. She married a person but donot know his last name. At the time I knew her she and her family lived in St. Albans NYC. She had grand parents that lived in the Chicao Area at that time. I don't know if she is still amoung the living or not. Anything might help.

Congress has a Chaplain that opens each session with prayer every day but our schools can't do it. When I went to school back in 1930 til 1943 each day was opened with reading from the Old Testament and the pledge to the flag and we didn't have all the problems they have today. Drugs were asprin, teenagers didn't have baby's, there no gangs and the families stayed together, no single parents etc.

I have had this GE 40 Channel 900 MHz cordless phone since July 29,2004. There is a wired pnone and another cordless phone on the same line. Lately, last month or so, only the GE phone plays musical notes when the phone rings at the same the regular ring can be heard. WHY ?

I have a fluorscent desk light that is above my monitor, if the computer is in the standby mode and if I turn the light on first the computer will start. They are both plugged into the APC multi-plug outlet. Why ?
