So I've been living in my apartment for more than 8 years and have had about 6 different tenants live above me. Most have been pretty quite except for the occasional "get together's" and the noises one would expect to hear from people living above you, which DOESN'T bother me. But, about 6 months ago a new family moved in and ever since then it has been non stop extremely LOUD noises. It starts literally everyday from 5:42 am - 1:35 am!

There is 5 kids and 2 adults living in a two bedroom, two bathroom apt. I no longer have to set my alarm clock for work, as they are my alarm clock!

It's non stop running/stomping/racing, basketball bouncing, jumping up and down, extremely loud music, water overflowing and making it rain in my bathroom each time they turn their tub into a swimming pool, vibrating windows, a picture even fell off my wall because the stomping and banging is so intense.

I have written the landlord 4 letters, 3 emails, talked to her in person 7 times and called her over a dozen times and the only answer I get is "I'll talk to them" or "they don't speak english" (NOTE: the assistant that works in the office is and speaks spanish). I have called the cops 3 times and each time they show up the noise stops for only about two hours and then it's back!

My question is, what should my next step be?

I have attempted to calmly speak with the neighbors, left respectful notes for them written in spanish and english, I've even banged on the ceiling. Please Help!!

So my job has me catering a wedding (bartending) for the first time. I am a bit nervous because I have never bartended so I'm not quite sure how to mix or serve certain drinks. I'm hoping that it will be just wines and beers. In case there isn't what are some of the most common alcoholic drinks that are served at a wedding?

I know it depends on the type of wedding, the bride and groom, where the wedding will be held, etc...so I'm just trying to get an idea of what "basic" drinks are served, if that makes any sense.

The wedding is this Saturday (4/19) and I will have to arrive at the venue at 4:30 pm. The alcohol will be provided at the venue. Because my boss is being stingy with the details I do not know where it will be held or the menu of foods they will have.

I just bought the 20.0 M Mega Pixel USB 3 LED Webcam Mic PC Laptop Camera

I plugged it in and the lights work but nothing else. My laptop keeps telling me its ready to use, up to date, installed properly but I cant see or hear myself.

There is no on or off switch, I've restarted my pc, uninstalled and reinstalled the cam, I've did everything I could but still nothing. I do not need a device disc or anything.

Please help if possible. Thank you

Long story short, I left my job (on Feb. 11) bc the manager and owner are wanting employees to lie to guests about the restaurant to make more money. The manager sent us emails telling us to post up fake reviews on sites such as Urban spoon and Yelp, acting like we're guests that had a great time. He told us we had until the end of this week or we wouldn't have a job!

I'm not the type of person to lie to someone just to get money so I left. Now I'm trying to figure out how to warn any and everyone. Here's what I've done:

-Contacted my local news. They're interested but said I needed to file a complaint with my state (Florida) before they run the story. When I tried doing that every number I called said they only handle discrimination cases.

Now I'm at a stand still! And I can't afford a lawyer so I'm trying to this myself.

Im adding a new member to my family from my local shelter this weekend (a boy kitten). I dont know what breed bc im going w/ which ever kitten grabs my heart but i do know i want a boy. I've been killing myself trying to think of a cute, UNIQUE, boyish name but i keep drawing a blank!

Pls help! But i dont like human names for pets lol, for example: i dont want to name him David, Alex, Scott, etc...

I bought a higher brand of coals (star buzz) and now its not working. I did everything the normal way (i have smoked hookahs just not this brand). Any ideas on how to get it going? Its been just sitting here turning gray for about an hr. I have 2 coals going.

My laptop use to cut off while playing the sims bc of overheating so i put a cooling pad and a disc fan which worked. But now i cant save my sim game! My pc will either cut off or show an error message. My game and pc are up to date and any other game i play i can save just fine.

Also my sim game will cut off after i change my sims looks or clothes.

Is it just me or does Romney seem tired or less aggressive? I personally dont blame either candidate for being tired and worn out but usually Romney is WAY more aggressive.

So my older brother is getting married on Oct. 11th. I JUST found out that his soon to be wife told him to tell me my 3 yr old daughter couldnt come bc she (the bride) doesnt like kids! However, my husband (my daughters father) is my brothers best man!!

Correct me if im wrong but arent weddings suppose to be about FAMILY, friends and ppl u love coming together to celebrate as u turn to a new page in ur life??!

Long story short I got upset and told my brother "she has alotta nerve! But its her wedding so if she doesnt want ur NIECE there im not going and I hope u have a back up best man"! My brother said he talked to her and she said "well talk to ur sister and if she still gets upset about her baby not coming I guess she can bring her". That was unacceptable to me!! I told him im not going where my baby isnt welcomed esp. to her uncles wedding!

I told my husband about the whole thing and kinda made him drop out of the wedding w/o saying it. He wasnt as upset, hurt or angry as I was and still kind of am.

So my questions are, am I wrong for telling my brother im out and for "making" my husband drop out too? (i just cant get over the nerve of them saying "your baby isnt welcomed but u can still be in our wedding").

Havent gotten my period in 2 months. My period is usually irregular anyways but never took this long. I took 2 pregnancy tests, both came back neg.

I dont feel nauseous, my breast arent sore, I havent been anymore sleepy then usual, no moodswings, discharge or anything like that.

BUT late last night and all today ive had pain in my lower left abdomen (different then period cramps) and feel a little bloated. Could I be pregnant?

I already know about seeing a doctor so pls dont tell me that, just need some imput for right now. Thx

They say Jesus forgives anyone no matter the sin, as long as they beg for forgiveness n mean it (which I believe as well).

So say theres this serial killer that killed 28 ppl and the person is on death row for the murders. And before being executed the person repented n was forgiven by the Lord. That doesnt take the person off death row, so do the ppl involved in the execution go 2 hell? (The judge that made that decision, the guards that walk the person to their death, the executioner, etc..)

And if they ask for forgiveness but continue to do that same job, do they mean what they say when they ask the Lord? I know u cant think or speak for them but just asking

I have big blisters under my nose ( between my nostrils) it turned white. Whats that mean?

I wiped my running nose too much and now I have these really ugly, embarrassing, buring, sore blisters. Its below my nose almost to my upper lip. Its between my nostrils.

Ive been cleaning it w/ rubbing alcohol and putting Neosporin on it along w/ a band aid.

My questions are: Does anybody know how or what I can use to speed up the healing process.

Should I been covering it w/ band aids?

Is there ways to hide this thing?

Makeup doesnt work when trying to hide it and please dont tell me to go to the doctor.

My nose runs alot due to my allergies and ive wiping my nose alot at work w/ paper towels, im very busy and dont have much time to spend babying my nose. Now I have this really ugly, annoying scar thing!

Its red, very sore, burns and hurts! Its wide, it looks like if I got burned! It runs from the middle of my nostrils (under my nose) to almost the top of my lip!

Does anybody know what I can use to heal this annoying ugly scar ASAP!? And stop it from hurting and buring?I work face to face w/ ppl daily and its really embarrassing.

So I already got my period this month, it lasted its nornal time length and now 2 weeks later its back!! In the same month!! I had sex w/ ONLY my husband twice since ive been off my period and it was normal sex. Now two days later I magically have my period AGAIN!! Wtf?? Help pls!!

And pls dont tell me go to my doctor because that I already know! Im just seeing if any other women could offer maybe an explanation if u've had the same thing happen.

My husband and I have been married for 11 yrs and every yr, for EVERY occasion ( literally every occasion) my hubby gives me flowers! Im very thankful and greatful and I know its better than nothing. We have a 3 yr old and now for Mothers Day coming up I know ill get more flowers! I would like something new maybe a movie night at home, a new book, go to dinner, etc...doesnt have to be fancy or expensive anything but flowers! Ive told him for yrs pls get me anything else but, goes in one ear and out the other.

Am I being ungreatful or do u think after 11 yrs for every occasion I have a right to be tired of flowers?

I want a new laptop really bad but the one I really want I cant afford and my boyfriend is the 'if it aint broke dont fix it' type. Whats a good excuse to get him to buy me a new one? I would use the old no sex trick but hes in the army and away anyways so that wouldnt work. I dont wanna say the one I have now is broken because we do have a baby and they skype as often as he can, I dont wanna keep them apart. Need a convincing excuse asap!

Im a stay at home mom to a 3 yr old and everyday is the same! I have no money, friends, family or a life, I never get a break! I find myself getting annoyed at my baby over anything. I do not cuss, yell or beat my baby and I know its because of my actions I have a child and I know im blessed to have a happy healthy child but its hard to be a happy dedicated mom when im not happy. I feel like im a sucky mom and dont deserve to be one. Am I a bad mom?
