  • Is there a *minimum* speed limit on the highways of NY?

If I drive 30 mph on 490, is that illegal? I would be driving totally legal in all other ways, inspected and registered, full license, sober. I would have my flashers on for safety.

What about 15 or 20 mph? I assume there is some point where the speeds would be considered unsafe. What speed is the cutoff point?

  • Is poetry dead? From a poet...?

No one cares about my poetry, even my few fans don't really respond. My poetry website is dying rapidly, at less than half the visitors I'd expect this time of year. My only consolation is that in 1989 I was declaring "Punk Is Dead."

I am Jason Paul Fox, and I wrote this message.

  • Saturn love the word ****?

Can anyone add to my idea of Saturnalia? Lord knows Jesus wasn't born in December. Any good ideas on how to celebrate longer days, starting this December 22nd?

  • Who is short, and do you like rock concerts?

Standing in my size 12 shoes, only 5'10-1/2'' tall, I can always see the rock and roll concert before I start the second half of my job, taking the equipment off the stage. Maybe because I usually stand near the back, I'm not there for the show, I'm just waiting for it to end so I can go to work.

I always wonder about short people. Why bother to go to live shows? Can you see? Do you get something from live music that I miss, despite having been a live musician myself? Or do you get pissed off at all the tall people blocking your view?
