If I do so, will the tankless shut off when the inlet water temperature reaches the set temperature, or will it run as long as the water is running?

I placed a rental house in service in 2010. I have been depreciating it over 27.5 years in a straight line method (equal amounts each year). This year I got hit with $6,000 worth of heating and a/c replacement. How do I depreciate that?

I have old Creative Prodikeys PC-MIDI keyboard. It is a normal computer keyboard with an additional 37 key piano style keyboard along the front edge. Creative says it has reached End of Life, and they have no Windows 7 driver. Creative has no newer version of the product.

Does anyone know of a similar keyboard that is current and available or purchase? Internet searches are turning up MIDI keyboards, but not those integrated with a standard keyboard.

I am a teacher making a contribution to a 403b account, but not to the maximum limit. If I make a contribution of $5500 to a Roth IRA, does that $5500 in anyway impact how much I can contribute to the 403b, or are they totally separate as far as the IRS is concerned?

Second question: Am I correct in thinking that the $5500 limit for IRA contributions can be split between traditional or Roth accounts as long as the total does not exceed $5500 for the tax year?

I just found the envelope for my 2012 Roth Ira contribution when I cleaned the car today, 13 days past the deadline. I think I have to file an amended return and lose the opportunity to contribute for 2012? Do I have any other options? Is there any way to get that contribution counted for 2012? I filed the return in Feb. and received a refund. Since it is a Roth, it should not change the tax liability, correct?

Machine was working until someone messed with the BIOS... now it will not boot.

Friend brought me a computer with the on motherboard video section dead and wants me to install video card. Put in galaxytech card, but have no way to see what I am doing as I try to install the driver, disable on board video, etc. Any ideas?

I am fastening steel brackets to 3/4 inch plywood, I have a choice of 3/4 inch screws which will put 5/8 inches of screw thread in the plywood, or 1 inch screws which will come through the plywood about 1/8 inch. The plywood is house sheeting, so the penetration will not show or matter, Just wondering which will be the stronger hold.

Windows server 2003 system Fantom 1TB SATA external drive only shows 480GB available. Formatted and got same result. Do I have a bad platter? Can this be saved?

I have a Cisco 3560G switch that has one port locked because I failed to use a crossover cable when I tried to add another switch downstream. Can I safely unplug the switch to force the switch to reset? This works for servers and linux boxes, but I do not know about Cisco switches.
