Yesterday, I fell and hit the back of my head pretty hard. I went to the ER and they said that I had a good concussion, but they didn t see any signs of brain bleeding. They started an IV and took an X-ray of my neck to see if I fractured it. They diagnosed some whiplash in my neck, but nothing else. I just noticed that I have a lump near the base of my head (top of my head). Is this anything I should be concerned about?

Anyways, the day after nothing was wrong my back was just a little sore. Now every time I move my head there is a rushing noise in the back of my head that I could kind of feel and also I have to pop my back often because I feel like it is always out of place.

What's wrong with me?

I have really bad neck pains, a mild sore throat, I have been extremely tired lately, and I have felt some lightheadedness/dizziness.

I have searched it up on the internet, but with no luck. Please tell me what's wrong.
