Does the hot water in tea kill the benefits of raw honey (if added to the tea)?
I have read that raw honey is better than processed honey because it still contains all the enzymes, pollen, etc that are good for the body. Does pouring hot water over the honey to make tea effect the health benefits of the honey?

I have a platinum ring with a thin band. Today I wore while working out on my elliptical machine. When I took it off, the band had bent and is no longer round. Is this common with platinum? Can a jeweler fix this?
