  • Why do I get spam that appears to be from me?

Lately in my Yahoo inbox I have received mail where the sender shown is my yahoo email account ID. These messages are of the type I would never send to anyone, and I am afraid that others could get them and it would appear to them as if I sent them. As a test, I sent a message from my yahoo email to my yahoo email, and my name appears as the sender, (not the email ID). Can anyone tell me how I can stop receiving this mail that users my ID as the sender or how I can report it to Yahoo so they can prevent it?

  • Where does the truth lie?

Recently purchased a new vehicle. Manufacturer says under normal driving conditions change the oil every 7,500 miles. At purchase the dealer recommended 6,000 miles. Forbes.com has an article (linked below) saying every 3000. The manufacturer says to use 5W-20 synthetic oil. I want to own the car a long time. Is every 7,500 miles sufficient for an oil change, or should I cut it down to 3,000 miles?

  • Help me choose my new car?

I am in need of a new vehicle. High on my list of possibilities is the 2008 Mercury Mariner. Consumer Reports says that when they tested the car it had an extremely high stopping distance when braking from 60 to 0. I have not been able to find other independent data to confirm or refute their finding. If you know of any please cite a reference. Or if you own or have driven a 2007 or 2008 Mariner and have anecdotal evidence you wish to share please do so. Thanking everyone is advance.

  • If DNA testing was available 2000+ years ago.?

I asked this question when Yahoo Answers was down, so here is a repost.

This is not to challenge anyone's beliefs or disbeliefs, but rather a desire to know what you think. I don't expect a definitive answer and if you think you have one you are fooling yourself. If DNA samples were taken from Jesus, Mary and Joseph would they indicate:

A Mary and Joseph as biological parents.

B Mary and Jesus had identical DNA apart from the XY chromosomes.

C Jesus had normal human DNA with Mary as a parent and an unknown father.

D Jesus had DNA different than any other human being

E Jesus had half normal DNA from Mary and half DNA different than any other human.

Or would you have another suggestion.

Also if you like indicate in your answer whether you accept the virgin birth of Christ
