My ex left me and my 7 month old when I was 8 months pregnant to another state. He is on child support. He doesn't help with the parenting aspect all he does is face time he lives 7 hours away from me. He popped up at my house. He has a new girlfriend that has three kids and he doesn't do anything extra for his child. Last time he came into town I let him take her our 7 month old over night to his families house and he didn't bath her. Yesterday he drove 7 hours to only see her for half an hour. I wasn't even home . The background story I found out I was pregnant a week after we broke up. I don't believe in abortions. This is our first child. He put me through a lot of hell during my pregnancy. I just want peace . I want to do a custody agreement or get full custody but right now I don't have any money. What can I do so that he won't pop up at my house again. I am not against him seeing his child but without letting me know first this wrong. Also he won't let me and our child visit him where he lives. I am stopping this situation now. He can't just do whatever he wants to do.
