I'm 18 years old. Started playing rugby about 1 year ago and started working out in the gym then too. I started out at 99kg of mostly fat, now I'm 85kg of muscle and still a bit of fat that I need to get rid of. I have worked out and dieted for 1 year and seen great result, but now a days I dont really see result anymore and have hit a plateau. How is the best and quickest way to keep losing weight (in fat) and to get slimmer and build up more muscle? Desperately need help for the rugby season starting soon! I have checked out different fat loss pills but don't really now what to make of them so what is the best way to get more result fast och effective?

I have been in a relationship with my current girlfriend for 2 and a half years. We met when we both were 15 and everything was new and exciting. She is not just my girlfriend but also my best friend! I talk to here about everything and she always have answers and help. Recently I met this other girl who is really pretty and has a great personality, I also know that she has a crush on me, and I am falling for her too. The furthest we have gotten is hugging and holding hands (because I don't want to do something stupid because of my GF). But all I can think about is the new girl all the time. The problem is I really don't want to hurt my girlfriend because she is so great and lovely that it would kill me. Please help me, I really don't know what to do! I feel the spark has disappeared from my relationship but it would be so weird without her in my life, but at the same time I have a great spark with this other girl. I am so confused I just need help!!!!!!!!!

I have been with my girlfriend for 14 months. After 6 months of our relationship we started having sex. Everything seemed fine and so and there was no problem, but now the last few months she has said openly that she does not want sex until we have children. I may rarely touch her ​​on her private areas and she seems not so interested of mine either. I love her so very very much and to be with her forever and have children with her ​is not the problem. But I feel I need sex in the relationship for it to work. However, I am not a person who is desperate for only sex. I love her so much, and want to spend the rest of my life with her, but sex feels like an important component for the relationship to work. The problem with that is that she is extemely afraid to get pregnat now when we are both 16. She has thought several times to get protection, but she is a coward and dare not do anything with the idea or talk to her parents. I always use a condom if we are to have sex and sometimes she forced me to use two because she is so incredibly scared of getting pregnant. I get very annoyed when she is such a coward even though I love her so very much. Please help me I do not know what to do and I really do not want to break up with ​her.

So here´s the deal, I am finishing at my current school in summer, and when we finish the headmaster wants me to perform a song on stage!! But however that´s not the problem, the problem is, I haven´t got a clue what song to sing and play (guitar). He wanted it to relate to our ending of school but that doesn't help me at all. I would be very thankful if anybody could recommend any good not to hard to play/sing songs that could be good. Thanks!!

I have been with my girlfriend for well over a year and I honestly can´t think of anything to get her for her birthday. I have already given her a bracelet and a heart shaped necklace so I haven't a clue what I can get her. Would be grateful with a women perspective as help.
