in April my car broke down and work hrs where cut so it is either bills and food or save for a car . at first I was getting rides from mngers on day shift as they where getting off and from fellow closers to get home .then a new gm started and said im no longer allowed to get rides from mngers leaving so I started ubering to get to work which is costing 270 to 300 a month . then every time a closer started giving me rides home the gm either moves them to another shift or reschedules them to leave at an hour before close .kinda at my wits end here im down to one closer 4 have been moved to different shifts to prevent them from giving me a ride home.am I crazy or is this gm trying to get me to quit so they dont have to give me unemployment. im 40 yrs old female and no way I can walk the miles home at midnight to one am

my grandfather recently passed and in his will he left me some money and my mom some money but my mom passed before my gramps and before he died he explained to me who gets what.my brother and I and my father where supposed to get 50%,25%,25% respectively of my moms portion .but my uncle is the executor of the will and used an outdated will from 1995 to bypass my brother and myself leaving everything of ours to my son .my uncle is a retired lawyer do I have any recourse to fight this .my son manipulated my uncle and my uncle manipulated the will like I said before their passing my mom and gramps at same time explained to me who gets what my part should had been the 25% of what my mother was supposed to recieve had she not passed .with the pandemic in full swing like most ppl out there this money could had helped tremendously.

its 54 degrees outside we have dining room and bedroom windows open with strong fans at both .no heat running yet the inside thermometer reads 75 .before u say good insulation lol no during the summer it holds ac like a sinking ship . 

my ac runs for bout ten mins off for 8-9 mins temp outside is 89 real feel 104 is this amount of time on and off normal

I have an older exotic animal going in to have cancerous tumor removed the regular procedure is to do an xray then blood test cause of age to make sure no ill effect from anesthesia,. none of these pre surgery tests where done even after I asked for them the vet said they where unnecessary. before anyone says take him to another vet we would love to but this is the only exotics vet in 80 miles we have no car since april no family or friends in this state . now im just preparing for the worst and hoping for the best.

our apt complex is having major amounts of exterior renovations done .ripping all siding off ,replacing wood,deck railing etc.. . theyve been starting at 6-6:30 a.m and not leaving till 8pm .all day music blaring so loud I can't hear the tv in my own apt trash from take out and drinks everywhere outside and hammers and saws goin so loud sounds like theyre gonna come thru the wall. today they where hitting my exterior wall so hard they knocked out 

the outlet power in my spare room.what time are they supposed to start and stop renovating each day

I have rabbits so we keep our bed on the floor so no frame. what id like to know is instead of getting a box spring can I just put two mattresses one on top of the other. I just ask cause our old bed mattress started going thru the box spring slots reason were looking into this way for next mattresses.

the car start runs fine ,radio,ac,heat,cd player all work .no hesitation when starting but trans went out last week so I posted it for $800 was just wondering if thats a fair price .

3 months ago the lock the mail person uses to open the apts mailboxes all at once broke.the apt manager notified them immediately but the post office says its the apts problem. so which one needs to fix it and how long are they legally take.

my wife walked out on my kids and I almost 30 yrs ago .she now has a thriving business never paid child support and refused to give me a divorce .and no I cant afford one atm . question is since were still married am I entitle to part ownership or money from the business she owns. or if I could afford the contested divorce would I get half her assets.

my son is buying a townhome in Colorado can we smoke marijuana there if we own it.just curious cause I know townhomes share a wall.

so when I turn the key my voltage meter reads 11.7 when I turn the car over it drops to 11.4 volts .outside temp has been 20's - low 50's .once started the voltage goes up to 14.8-15 volts .its a 2012 Chevrolet cruze is this normal for this car

the apartment complex has annual hud inspection altho we do not have the perks of hud like cheap rent we pay full amount and always early . but if we fail one of their inspections what happens the apt is clean cept for a few small stains on the rug all other issues they may have are from issues apt complex is going to fix but they wont get to untill after the inspection.

mostly only happens when engine gets up to temp the battery is only 2 months old and car has 85k miles on it 2012 Chevrolet cruze regular oil changes .dont know much about cars but dropping from 14.7 down to 13.9 is freaking me out

I have no family to ask for money there are no free or adjusted income clinics in my area .my dr wants 150 a visit I can afford my meds but thats bout it and medicaid says I make to much even tho I live paycheck to paycheck just for rent,utilities,and trying to keep car going. is there a way to get my meds I only have 3 days of meds left dr refuses to refill without the 150 visit.

employees at my work smoke on the job we are not in a legal state on any level. ive about had it im stuck doing all the work because their to stoned to do their job. ive gone to the Gm but her answer was to bring in body spray for them to use after they smoke . im about to turn in a list of names to our lical sheriff's dept since these ppl smoke it in our parking lot in their cars and by the store dumpster during lunch break then clock back in. but since they are doing it on work property and in a illegal state will the police do anything if I give them a lust of names,times,and locations on the property these ppl are using their drugs.

my grandfather gave us his car when he could no longer drive a year later he passed in his will hed left the car to another family member can they take it from us.we already switched the title ,insurance,tags to our name the week he gave us the car.

more often than not we are short handed so the closers end up not getting breaks which is fine and I understand but the company has still been deducting the time from my check.
