I am filling out my W-4 form and I am having several issues. I am 19 year old single student and my parents can claim me as a dependent. I checked the allowances and I get 1 allowance, however, I keep hearing I need to put "0" allowances or "1" allowance. What is the proper number allowances I need to write down with my status?

I am currently filling out my FAFSA application and I am stuck on the Financial Information regarding Student Tax Information. To describe my legal status, I am a 19 years old single student, dependent, and will enter college for the first as a freshman in the Fall of 2015. I am currently applying to Buffalo Wild Wings and I have all my information down but there is one question that is giving me a hard time. There is one particular questions that asks me "Salary/Pay Desired?". I really do not know what to enter for this question. Yesterday my iTunes told me to update iTunes and so I did but after,I received a message saying "iTunes Library.itl" Cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes". I couldn't play any music after that message appeared. However, I re-installed iTunes but I just recovered a part of my music but most of it came from my Windows Media Player playlists.
