I am not a "conspiracy theorist" as YA has assigned me regarding suggested questions. This shows quite how endemic that ridiculous phrase has become. It is a weighted phrase, with negative connotations outside the actual meaning of the phrase. Everybody who has an opinion about how anything happens, if the parties involved are not working alone, is a conspiracy theorist.
There a lots of letters addressed to Polish names that are delivered to a UK address where Polish don't live?
which is a small flat, (with a communal hall where all letters are delivered) where no Polish people live. They are official letters from DHSS, inland revenue, etc.
Is this likely to be legal, or some sort of deception?

Plot:
A US communication monitoring ship is in international waters, near Israel, (listening in to communications as Israel has a war with it's neighbors),
making sure they stick to the rules of war.
Then Israel attacks the US ship, with no warning, and tries to sink it with bombs and torpedoes, dropping napalm on the US sailors.
It turns out the ship didn't sink but a few dozen US sailors on it were killed.
What would happen next...?
