Mama Bear

My 14 month old is still waking up multiple times at night to nurse. I've tried to not feed him but then he becomes wide awake and is up for at least an hour. I know that him breastfeeding at night is more for comfort but I don't know how to handle this situation. I am exhausted and in desperate need for advice. I won't let him cry it out so if anyone has advice to work around that I would greatly appreciate it!

So it's really hard keeping a straight face at work because my supervisor is beyond a christian. She speaks in tongues she is involved in every group in her church, etc. I have no problem with her being religious or anything it's just gotten out of hand lately. She always has something to say about gay people...She refers to them as ****** and all types of non sense and the other day I heard her conversation to one of her friends saying she would never hire a gay person...So now I'm like great I can never come out at work because I will lose my job. And I am openly out so it's really hard not to say stuff about my partner and stuff.

Does anybody have any advice as to how I can deal with this? It's getting so hard for me not to tell where to shove it. lol!
