My friend was tried for a crime in Texas, he is a resident in another state. 11 jurors found him NOT guilty and 1 found him guilty so it was a mistrial due to a hung jury. The judge is making him live in the county in case the prosecution wants to retry the case. He lives in another state so he's had to rent an apartment in a super small town in Texas for the past FOUR months and he still doesn't have any info on what they are going to do. This is after NINE months of being in a small County jail waiting trial for a crime he didn't commit (they no bonded him bc he was an out of state resident). His small town attorney won't return his calls and is never in his office.

I would like to get a brand (scarification) and there are many websites in south florida that advertise the service. However, when I called my normal tattoo parlor, a lady told me that branding is illegal in FL. I think she's new so I don't completely trust her info. Can anyone tell me whether or not it's legal and if it is, if there is a location in Orlando that does it? Please include a link to where you got the info. My websearch just comes up with information about tattoo age restrictions or cattle branding. Thanks!

My daughter is 6 and I know it is fairly normal for her to grind her teeth, but it keeps me awake at night... I can hear her all the way from her room. Every mouth guard for teeth grinding in the stores says "not to be used for children under 18" and an online search only brings up those for 12 and over.

Also, I am on a tight budget so going to the dentist or buying a custom one is not an option for me.

I am a single mother with a 6 year old child. 1 1/2 years ago, I moved from FL to TX for a job promotion. The father is somewhat active in her life prior to the move (saw her about 1x per week). We were never married, but got married to someone else about 2 1/2 years ago. He was aware of my move 2 months prior and wasn't happy but did not go to court. In fact, we have never gone to court and just worked times out between ourselves.

Now that I have been there for 1 1/2 years, he has an attorney telling him I never had a legal right to take her out of state. He now wants full custody. I have done a ton of internet searching and only found that to be true if it is during a custody battle.

I need my Y! answerer's to see if they can find anything to support him or me. Please provide a link if you find a law either way. I can't afford the fees the attorney's want just to answer my question.

She has sex with a lot of guys, never uses condoms and doesn't tell them unless they start seriously dating and only then after a few weeks of lots of sex. This totally disgusts me and wish there was a way to convince her to stop. Does anyone know if there is a hotline or something you can call to report these people?

I am looking for a specific person's email address who works for best buy. I know the person's name, but I'm not sure the format. Just need to know the format as every company does it differently. This person is high enough up to have an email address.
