Wells Fargo has a feature online where you can take an advance on a recurring direct deposit on your checking account. My direct deposits end next week with me owing 400 bucks. What will happen now? I can't pay a cent.

My clutch cable was breaking so I replaced it. But the clutch will not engage now even if I just grab the connecting arm (bypassing the cable) and wire it closed/open/shut/ or into position from below. The clutch is not engaged and will not engage. It's an 86 Dodge 4x4 made by Mitsubishi. What is wrong?

I want to hold the deputy accountable. I made an officer misconduct complaint that was ignored and then eventually swept under the rug so they could avoid a tort claim (already filed)

The officer falsified evidence and police documents in a felony case and I have irrefutable proof.

What is the next agency to make a complaint with? Justice Dept FBI or ?

What else should I do? No one seems to think falsifying evidence is serious. The officer took imaginary evidence through the entire chain of custody and issued a receipt for it and then later after the booking he just crossed that item off the receipt. The item never existed. But he used the existence of the item as probable cause. All charges were dropped by the DA as they were bogus.

On twitter there is a huge boycott of bank of America. Everyone is mad since Bank of America will not have to pay any taxes this year, the discriminating against women lawsuit files last week and stalling on loan modifications also the overdraft fee's.

I had a 105 dollar overdraft for a 10 cent overdraw and posted my anger on twitter.

In 30 minutes I had 6 people tell me to boycott. I searched Bank of America and I guess it is started already.

I really hate Bank of America and think I will join the boycott too. Anybody else heard of this?

As far as retaining the salvage, it seems that your bank is willing to comply with this request. As to what will happen next, I will obtain a letter of guarantee from them and issue the 7500 dollar payment to them. No paperwork on you part will be required as they will be able to provide me with proof of ownership. When they release the title to me after payment, I will mail it to you.

What's going on? I would owe 3 or 4 more months of payments.

I owe 8400 the settlement is for 8800 and I am keeping the salvage so he pays the bank 7500 and I still owe the difference.

I just called my bank and they have no record of talking to anyone from my insurance company. They want me to continue to have full coverage insurance on it and will buy insurance for me and charge me for it. I couldn't get full coverage on it if I wanted to (it's totaled)

Is there a time limit on contacting my bank? What should I do?

I know the adjuster is legitimate he is just just dragging his feet or lying or both.

I live in Washington County Oregon. I have irrefutable proof that a Deputy falsified evidence to achieve probable cause. Then arrested me. My case was no complainted, didn't even need an attorney the charges were so bogus. I am a security guard.

If I pulled a stunt like that I would be arrested lose my license and be fired. What can I do to get this persons badge? If he does this with security guards what does he do with criminals?

No Bass Clef just 4 lines. The key would be in the signature and there would only be 7 note positions on the score (not including flats and sharps)

So for example you would have the 1st 3rd and 5th be a major cord and the score would be the same except for the key in the signature.

You would learn music theory quicker and it would be easier to write and so on.

I have already filed the tort notice. I just want to deliver the demand letter. can I just take it over to them and have them stamp it received,and does it need to be notarized?

I want to keep the salvage and that's 1200 dollars which leaves me 1200 dollars short of paying off the balance. Will a credit union allow me to be short on the payoff and continue to make my payments until the balance is paid or will they insist on taking the entire 8500 and make me come up with the 1200 to buy the car back. I have poor credit and cannot refinance. They won't loan money on salvaged vehicles. I have agreed on an amount with the adjuster but now he wants to make sure the balance is paid before he can accept the offer. It sounds like I might lose the car if I accept the offer, or be forced to come up with 1200. Can I or should I stall the settlement until I have paid down the balance enough to be allowed to keep the salvage? Or what advice do you have? Is the adjuster obligated to pay off the balance completely? What if the offer was not enough?

I was in an accident on 1/28/10. My car was totaled by a drunk driver who hit and ran. The total loss adjuster (of my own insurance company) made an offer on my car that was ridiculously low and a price of the salvage that was ridiculously high. I said no, and now I haven't heard from them for 10 days. I am still making payments on this car, and will be for years since they won't pay the amount I owe. I did not have rental car on my policy so they seem to have no reason to act.

The adjuster hasn't decided on a value and the lessee holds the title. In 8 days it will be 30 days since the accident. The accident report says I must surrender a title to the totaled vehicle in 30 days. I don't have it and I am not in control over what the adjuster does. The amount the insurance company will pay is not enough to cover the amount I owe.

I have a book written by a relative in 1836. It's called "The Sick Man's Companion" and has old medical remedies. It may hold the cure to cancer or just interesting reading. I would like to make it available to research as well as publish it and make a profit. How is this done?

When I try to record a track into a composition, that new track also records the other tracks of the composition.

If I record a drum track, and then try to record a keyboard track, it records the drums and the keyboards. I just want to add the keyboard track by itself but it also picks up the drums.

It's a little hard to explain but I simply want to record layered tracks. I know the solution must be simple but I can't find it.
