I saw a gently used mobile home for sale for $19,900 and the seller will only accept a cash buyer. They will NOT accept seller financing of any kind. Does this mean that the seller is trying to scam the buyer by hiding the true condition of the house? (levels of distress, whether or not the house is being sold "as is", etc.)

I've always been under the impression that I wouldn't buy a Kindle Ebook for $9.99 that wasn't atleast 125-150+ pages in length. I wouldn't want to pay $9.99 for an ebook that had less than 100 pages.

I had a cleft in my soft pallet fixed when I was 1. Consequently, the nerves in my mouth are rearranged. I went to get a few fillings this past Tuesday. After the dentist numbed my gums, a piece of gum tissue went into my gag reflex region and I started dry heaving. Needless to say, I had to reschedule the appointment. The dentist prescribed 15 Mg diazepam for me to take 1 hour before the appointment. I weigh around 105 lbs. My question is how out of it will I be and how well does 15 Mg diazepam suppress my gag reflex so she can get her work done??

I am looking through the book Photographer's Market, but am a little confused about the lingo. Some companies want you to send your samples in via email, etc. at 300 dpi. Some companies say the specific specs, but are they in inches or centimeters, etc.

I ordered a free copy of my credit report from all three credit reporting companies. I was wondering if the credit report contains a copy of your complete employment history?

My ex boyfriend and I were together for 5 years and have a daughter born in July 2009. We broke up in December 2009. WE WERE NEVER MARRIED. I got child support from him in September. From December 2009 to September 2010 he only paid me $297 for my daughter's childcare, leaving me to be responsible for the difference. The parenting plan (WHICH I DID NOT SIGN) says that he can claim her on his taxes every other year. However, I was looking up tax law and it states that the fact that our daughter lives with me more than half of the year, that I am entitled to claim her on my taxes every year. I have decided to do that. I have not signed a form 8332 nor have I signed the parenting plan. He has legitimized her.
