  • Have you ever experienced these sorts of moments. What do you make of it?

Say your talking about something and then it happens and the event you were talking about is actually quite rare.

For example, your walking at night and started to discuss metorites and then you saw a huge one .just as you were talking about it or someone asks you about someone you haven't seen for years and years and low and behold you walk round a corner and walk straight into that person.

How do you explain that? Is it coincidence or is there something more to it of a spiritual nature.

  • Hypothetical question for a mature man to answer seriously.?

Hypothetical situation. You have been dating a woman for a while and you know her family and she has a good female friend who is close to your girlfriend, but you notice that she flirts around you a lot. You say nothing, you just dismiss it as her social way of communicating, you don't take it seriously. You decide to marry your girlfriend and become man and wife move into together, everything is muddling along fine and then one day the female friend who, by the way, your girlfriend has known since they were children at school. Turns up, and makes a massive play for you, while your wife is out at work.

    What would you do.

I am asking men this question as I am interested in how a man would think about dealing with such a dilemma.

Additional information you are happy enough with your wife that you have married and are moving forwards and making plans for your life together when this happens. But your relationship as man and wife is relatively in the early stages.

    Thanks.

  • Why do some men date women who look like their ex's?

Why do some men after a divorce choose women who look like their ex wife and then seem to date similar looking women over and over again.

Two men I am thinking of distinctly is Boris Becker and Rod Stewart. Although I have seen this a lot in my life. I just can't see the point of finding another partner who looks just like the one you divorced.

    Any men care to explain.

  • Where has [edit] gone?

Normally on Yahoo, when you answer a post, you have the option to edit your entry.

I have noted, since the yahoo tool bar has changed that this option has gone, if I post something now I do not get the option to edit my answer?

    Anybody any ideas? Thanks.

  • Evil or mental health problems?

I hope no one finds offence to this question, this is a particularly sensitive question but one in which I hope to find some clarity. My aim is not to offend.

For many years in churches it has been accepted that people who demonstrate certain behavioural difficulties are evil. In the health community it has been understood that people suffer from mental health issues which can have negative symptoms with diminished responsibility. I wonder has the church incorporated this into their understanding now, or do churches still believe that people demonstrating such behaviours, known in medical fields to be mentally ill, are evil.

I would be very grateful to those who feel they can share some insight into this matter. Thank you.

Honestly now, because I was thinking the other day, I have never seen people in love? Is this normal or am I blindly missing something here.

  • What part of the human mind is responsible for..?

Predictions of the end of the world.

Do you think that people who are predicting the end of the world are really just having a form of hysteria or perhaps the proverbial mid-life CRISIS.. suppose it beats buying a sports car.

  • Do you like to be gossiped about?

Ok, so I asked the previous question about gossip now I am reversing it, how do you feel when you find out you are the centre of a rumour being spread, that you a) know is true b) know is exaggerated but has a little truth c) know is a total life wrecking lie? How does it make you feel?

  • Do you believe gossip?

When you hear someone gossiping about other people, do you automatically believe what you hear about that person being gossiped about, do you question the gossips intention as to why they are slandering someone or do you just dismiss gossip as well some people just love to rattle? Thoughts please, thank you.

  • how do poor people cope when serving rich clients.?

We all know that normally those in business who serve the rich are usually on a much lesser wage, how does dealing with people who have more money than you affect your self esteem day to day or how do you cope with serving wealthy people and retaining a sense of self and a good attitude in life. Thanks

  • Nearly got assaulted, need advice if you don't mind thanks.?

I am a mixed race woman, not very big in my body and I have no features that look as if I am on the street looking for bother with anyone ( stereotypical or otherwise), yesterday I was standing in Tesco's supermarket at the queue and this young white male about 17 just well, to describe it ran at me, luckily he was with his friend who turned to him just as I nearly got clobbered over the back of the head and asked him what the heck he was doing? He said I looked " I was black and scary", well I am really upset about this, I mean I don't want to look scary and it sounds pathetic but it has really upset me as I can't believe that my skin colour or appearance makes people think I want to attack them ( I was standing stationary with my back to him, hardly the position for a fight), don't get me wrong like anyone I have bad days, but going round a community hurting people isn't my thing I just get on with daily life like everyone else. I feel down and I feel paranoid that others see me like this, I wondered what I can do to improve on the situation, Any advice would be helpful thanks.

  • I have a question for people who make derogatory comments about overweight people!?

What is your reason for doing this? If someone else is overweight why does it bother you so much? I am truly interested in why another persons lifestyle choices annoys people so much and I would prefer to hear people's honest opinion even if it differs from other peoples, why does it affect you to get annoyed or make nasty comments about it if you are someone who gets annoyed about it. Thanks
