My current hair color is like a mocha red/brown. Then under is blue black, which is just a really dark shiny black...

What about going all black... like megan fox's hair...

I need to do something different with my hair, the blonde in it has grown out and the roots show really bad :/

So would dark chocolate brown or blonde look better???

So i will be hungry but i hardly eat anything, and when i do eat like a meal or something i will feel so guilty and i go make myself puke. I want to eat but im so scared it will cause me to gain weight ....

in about 3 months . Eating nothing but a cracker and 3 glasses of water a day. Also exercising .Ive already lost about 5 pounds in the first week or so.

what do i need to eat,exersise ect??? im deffinatly willing to do anything. I just really have to look cute before next summer though haha

i drink about 5 or 6 bottles of 7.7 fl oz of water (in this huge water bottle) and then....

Breakfast (if i get up early enough) is a banana or yogurt.

Lunch-usually subway (chicken or tuna) or a small salad

Dinner-Saladdddd (:

And about an half an hour or full hour on cardio then another half an hour or full hour is like toning my stomach, arms, and legs.

Btw whats a good way to lose love handles??

ohh also what are some good workouts to flatten your sotmach and get rid of those "love handels"haha

how much weight can i lose in 2 weeks if i do the following :

-20-30 min cardio :p

-bunches of crunches and lunges and toning work outs yahda yahda

-eat salad everynight for dinner

-eat some fruit for lunch and breakfast

-drink two or three water bottles of waterr

-ohh and plus i take alli or whatever its called

sooo how much do you think i can lose in about two weeks?
