It is only a couple years old. The last microwave we had was at least 15 years old before it died. They don't make em like they use to.

I love organic gardening but have lost information about what can grow under cedar trees. It is hard to grow grass and would love some kind of ground cover plant.

I finished grouting the bathroom about 3 months ago. I was planning to do some tile work along the wall near the kitchen sink. I open the container of grout and there is a layer of black fuzzy mold along the top layer. Can I still use it or should I dump it? Where can I dump it? Land fills are being so picky now. I can't really afford more.

The ceiling needs to get rid of some dark waters stains, stuff from food fights, and misc, but should I paint ceilings first or the walls? I think that the ceiling paint will spot the walls but everything will be white anyway just different kind. Flat for ceiling and semi gloss for walls. Opions please.

My husband and I took out a loan to help our son get an education about 8 years ago. We told him that he had to pay us back ( when he was in Jr High and repeated every year til he graduated from HS) We signed the paperwork with nothing in writing. (I know-bad form) Now he is a lawyer but still paying back for his education loans that he took out himself. He is also married since then. My husband retired toooooo early and now we are broke. Have to sell our house, ask for assistance, and sell our belongings. Problem. Our son moved to California and hasn't given us an address, phone, to contact us. I tried to contact him by email asking him to pay us back but he called me a hypocrite and refuses to answer any of my email from now on.

Taking out this school loan was a great hardship on us in the first place. Interests, late fees added up. A lot of times we didn't have enough for food or clothes and went without. Now we are loosing everything. Can't refinance- not enough income. Can anyone help with some descent advice?
