If the only source of information is the god?

devoted Mormons, in order to vote GOP and defeat the Democrats. How do they (christians) explain such a reversal of their believes; to their indoctrinated children?

until age 18/20 I was a believer of the supernatural ( god), but I got a bachelors in science, later got a masters, and started to doubt the supernatural , 18 yrs ago I got my PHD, and the supernatural went out the door for good.

As I confront present reality (death) I want or am afraid and want to find tangible proof that I am wrong and there is more to existence, and tangible proof is out there, I want to see and appreciate.

Opinion; the concept of a god is acquired do to the fact that we as a learning primate, have lots and lots of unanswered questions. Question that range from the sublime to the ridiculous. Be that as it may; as time and knowledge advance less and less questions remain, and with every advance we make and as new reality (truth) comes into our knowledge base, the place holders are removed. And the argument for a possible god diminishes. Eventually; when we have no more questions and all the place holders are removed, the necessity for a god, will disappear for good. Oh happy days.

Let’s see, most of you are adults so you have the ability of making intelligent thoughts, see if you can do this, (think of the phrase “I am hungry.” wait., but use no words to do so. If you are capable of such, send your address to me with the explanation of how you do it and I will send you a crisp $100.00 dollar bill. The challenge is on. Remember dogs, cats, birds and all life forms do get hungry and do feed, but only are intuitively reacting, no intelligent thought is involved in the procedure but plain instinct, even amoebas do that.
