If you are blocked it is because you are a time waster I have no problem with people who post genuine rebuttals based on science. I have no time for those that waste my time with denial nonsense and made up conspiracy theories.
Will 2014 be the warmest year?
11 AnswersClimate Change6 years agoAre the Answers people finally moving on troll in the global warming section?
With gaiter asking yet again, his same tired old question, what is that about 15 times now, I have noticed in just the last 2 day, two slightly troll like questions one from 'spike' and one from a longer term denier here, with the usual fake science and bad manners and name calling for both of these not only were the questions deleted but their user accounts have also been closed, am I hopping in vain that the Answer team are finally starting to crack down on the rubbish and cheating that make this a rather unpleast section to try and ask real questions in.
As I write this spikes question is still an option in the little recomened section but when you click on it it has been deleted and if you click on his id he is also gone.
7 AnswersGlobal Warming1 decade agoIsn't about time that we say 'enough is really enough' with this denial nonsense?
I find deniers quite sad really, they read and choose to beleive what they see in blogs, yet seem to have no concept of whats going on in the real world.

To be clear I am asking about land based ice not sea ice.
13 AnswersGlobal Warming1 decade agoWas 1934 the warmest year on record or was this this only in the USA?
13 AnswersGlobal Warming1 decade agoHow much longer can the denial movement last?
All the theories, lies, conspiracies and propaganda have reached the point were it is not even slightly believable any more.
For all the effort they put into "climategate" it has backfired on them and left them looking rather foolish. I think scientists have the right strategy, ignore them and let them burn themselves out, putting up one stupid theory after the next or what house Gore just bought.
It is possible to fool the public for a while but only a while, deniers can only keep this up for a while before even die-hard followers start to ask why is the Arctic still shrinking, why are glaciers around the world retreating, why are yearly global temperatures all, even the cooler ones, continually in the 10 warmest years, displacing older years. Why don't deniers ask themselves 'why', a real skeptic would. Sadly there a few real skeptic's in denier ranks.
21 AnswersGlobal Warming1 decade agoWhy do deniers continue to talk rubbish on things like Polar Bears?
They make silly claims like their number increased when it is well known that their numbers increased because industrial scale hunting off them was stopped by international treaties.
Current research also shows that despite denier claims effect are being observed in Polar Bear populations.
15 AnswersGlobal Warming1 decade agoWhy is it so hard for some to get that methane from cows is adding to GH gases?
Cows produce large amounts of methane
there are hundreds of millions of them primarly to feed and cloth us and as i understand it methane is around 20 time more potent than CO2 as a greenhouse gas.
