  • Possible inner ear infection?

For a few months now, I have had slightly itchy ears, by this I mean right at the opening into the canal. I have several times now used a Q-Tip to just rub just that area, not sticking it into my ear, just rubbing the opening. However, since this has started and it has gotten progressively worse, my Q-Tip is coming out Greenish yellow with red swirls. I also have a lot of pressure in my ears, but it is allergy season so I'm used to having some. Then the last few days that I have tried to go out for my daily run, I end up nauseated in just a few minutes, and feel very dizzy. I can also feel fluid moving in my ears move. I'm 27 years old, and have never had an ear infection before, not even when I was a baby. So I'm not sure of how all of this is supposed to feel, or if it is just all part of my allergies.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a doctors appointment for tomorrow, but now I'm just curious, because I have a headache, and am at work, and well like I said I just don't know much about ear infections.

  • Agility, Obedience, Rally?

I have a 2 year old Australian Shepherd Whom I've just started training for Agility, we've taken a few classes, and I'm building equipment at home to practice with. I know that doing obedience will greatly improve our communication and handling for agility, but I've never done any of this competitively. I grew up riding and showing horses... So my question is, can someone explain to me what it is you do in Obedience and Rally trials, and if there is any good books I can read to get more information? I don't know anything about competing with dogs, but am having a blast with the training. Any information would be wonderful, and greatly appreciated.

  • Gift Card Wedding Registries?

There's a place online called "Card Avenue" where you can register for special occasions that specializes in gift cards. My fiancee and I have already combined our homes, and we have more than enough dishes, linen, and kitchen gadgets; however we are in need of some home repairs so we thought registering for home improvement gift cards would be a better idea. We will be putting the place to register on our wedding website where guest are asked to RSVP to, and we know not to expect gifts, but for those who would like to get us something this would be the most constructive way. Would this appear tacky, or be bad etiquette?
