How does the process work and how soon would I get the money? How would I remain anonymous or the best way to remain anonymous in Ga?

I am a local nursing student who will graduate in December this year (2012). I desperately need to move as I am expecting a child in July. Funds will be scarce because I will be finishing school and raising a new baby, so I can't afford a lot. Please help! The best answer will get 10 points. I need to go ASAP! Im in nursing and we briefly discussed lymph node in groin but never practiced palpating them in only groin because of personal issues. Everyone feel it was to intrusive to feel nodes in groin on classmates. I believed I developed mono, so I was checking for nodes in neck , which both tonsillar nodes were swollen and one in superior chain. There are none present in under arms and none that I can feel in groin. I thought the groin was the crease between thigh and pubic area. I feel lumps in inner thigh but there are many lumps just like in breasts. Just trying to distinguish if inguinal nodes are in that crease( groin I guess) or if they can actually felt in the thigh next to groin? Thanks in advance!!!

I am getting a pug. This is my first time getting a small breed .The dog is 3 yrs old. How long hold can small adult dog hold it? You can answer for other toy breeds just in case I choose something else. I am only asking for a rough estimate. Thanks in advance!

I know that boxers are hyperactive and energetic. I've read it on numerous websites. I don't know many people who have or had a boxer pup. I 'm considering getting one. What personal experiences or experiences of friends can you share to describe their hyperactivity? I saw boxer on youtube take tissue out of a Kleenex box and put a shoe on the sofa while he was alone. Another knocked a trash can down when the owner was gone and tore up paper. This is behavior expected from a pup when bored and doesn't seem major. So what extreme behavior can I expect? What about destructive behavior from boredom or separation anxiety. Please describe their hyperactive characteristics. Just saying they are energetic is not going to help because I know that. I want to know details so I know what I am getting myself into. Please share! Thanks in advance!

I am considering getting a Boxer pup because of their sweet, playful nature and they are great with children? I have read Boxers are very energetic and needs a lot of activity to keep from being bored/destructive. I have heard a couple of people say they know people who have given up their pup because of this. I haven't found many examples of them being "energetic" or "hyperactive". So my question is how hyperactive are they generally? Please share specific examples.

I am interested in buying the Nyx 78 eyeshadow palette, and I don't know much about Nyx. The palette must be new because there are not many reviews on the 78 palette. I want hear from someone who owns it or has tested the swatches. I want to know ....

1. Is it as good as the individual eye shadows?

2. How is the color pay off or pigments?

3. Are the colors primarily matte or frosty/shimmery?

4. Are Nyx products made in the US ?

I know coastal scents are made in China, and I know China has a bad rep for producing hazardous products. Coastal scents is made by the same company as Manly, Beauties Factory, BH cosmetics and now I see the a new brand on amazon is selling an exact version of the 120 eyeshadow palettes under the name Shany. Some of the companies I named are American companies that stamp their names on these products and sell them here. What I am confused about is... if products are made in China (or any other country) aren't they still required to meet FDA regulations if they are sold and distributed in the US?
