I live with my sister and one of her cats has an rx food for UTI's. I've recently discovered that the reason my cat can only eat one brand of food is that she is allergic to corn.

Big problem. She tries to eat the super expensive rx food, which has a lot of corn!

Even worse, she is freaking out the cat with the UTI issue to the point that she has to take prozac to keep calm!

I have to keep my cat out of the other food - preferably keep her out of that room entirely so that the other cat can keep calm/my cat can stick to one litter box I'm responsible for.

My sis swears she's heard of a deterrent collar/fence thing for indoor cats. Is there anything thing like that I can use that won't interfere with the other cats?

I have an extremely deep temp filling in.. the tooth next the the front top one.

The original filling was slightly off - projected forward too far the the bottom edge and made my job on Drive thru living heck. Filling was partly redone, and doesn't make contact with my lip anymore.

Filling extends from gum line to tip. Talking for long periods of time made it painful to even swallow water, no matter the temperature. Am now using sensodyne, and the dentist told me I may have a damaged nerve, but since I go to a clinic at the university, I can only get a root canal bumped up it the pain starts to wake me. That doesn't bode well for december, since first appt open is in January.

I'm sensitive to heat, cold, and percussion to the point that humming is bad. Any suggestions to get through holiday dinners? I running out of menu options and am lactose intolerant, so aunts and uncles can't just buy yogurt...
