So I moved into a new property last week and have now found it is on the market.

I did however get a short hold tenancy agreement from the landlord for 7 months (I don't need the room any longer than this).

The tenancy agreement states that under Schedule 2 of the housing act 1988 and under section 21 of the housing act 1988 the landlord may take possession of the property however after looking at this it appears he cannot kick me out during the shorthold period stated on the tenancy agreement.

I am just worried as I just moved here after getting evicted from another place at the end of my tenancy for similar reasons and want to make sure I am safe until July when my tenancy agreement ends.

looking to get into comics and wondering around ebay trying to decide where to start. Interested in either marvel or DC.

With DC it seems that the new 52 is the obvious place to start if i want to get into it however with marvel it doesnt seem to so easy to understand. If i wanted to start reading wolverine comics for instance where would i start?

I had an asus transformer (1st gen) with the tegra 2 processor and it was a bit sluggish but even then it increased my productivity on the go, i havent had a tablet in a while however im thinking of getting one again now im in my second year of uni as it did allow me to do alot more work alot more easily than lugging a laptop around.

i have a very high end PC so it wouldnt be a desktop replacement but a on the go peice of kkit.

did it seem like a device that this would be good for if you have had a go on it? the office suite and touchcover are my 2 main draws to it as well as the tegra 4 processor as it seems to make things far snapier.

Hi there I am doing enzyme kinetics and before i went any further i wanted to ensure i had plotted the graph correctly.

the enzyme is alcohol dehydrogenase.

the concentration of ethanol is fine on the x axis however is the rate of the y axis in absorbance change per minute or do I need to do something else to this figure before plotting it?

also in order to change it from OD unit/min/ml i assume i use the A = E.C.I equation however how do i get it in terms of mg of protein as this gives me moles of NAD used per minute.

tittle kind of says it all. i need a protective cover that goes over the gears located at the pedals to protect my trousers from getting oil on them.

kind of assuming it is cheaper to buy bikes online rather than go to a high street store and buy?

Also i am in need of a bike that is going to be mainly used on the road and pavement but capable of going off road a bit, would a hybrid bike be the bike i would need? i always called them cross bikes.

The issue i had was specifically with the religions, their teachings, and the fact that human-beings can be so arrogant to think that such a powerful being, if real, would care about what they did.

If you take a step back and look , especially in places like america, religion is just used as a tool to let people think they live in a democracy while telling them how to think and act.

Dont get me wrong many religions i have no problem with but the are those that undoubtedly wield too much power, that to me makes no sense, isnt being religious about following the teachings of things like the bible or the Qu'ran, not the leadership of countries etc.

im going to get an upgrade later this year/early next when the amd 8000 series cards are released and prices of nvidia 700 and amd 8000 cards have steadied.

my issue is amd seems like the better choice as they will be releasing their new architecture however i often use blender that currently uses my nvidia 560s CUDA cores.

can it use AMDs stream processors in the same way??

the first part of the question says 20microlitres of 1mM solution is added.

am i right in saying thats 1 milli molar per litre and so i need to multiply it by 20 x 10^-6 to get the number of millimoles added to the solution
