My automatic garage door opener is not working properly. If you hit the remote button, you can hear the reciever click like its getting the signal, but the door does not open. Sometimes my door will open perfectly for weeks, and then all of the sudden it won't work at all. What's the problem?

Every time i try to burn a data disc with my burner, it says that "one or more of your data files does not compare to the original" What is the problem and how do i fix it?
