Okay, not that it happened. I'm just wondering. Lets say that an 11 year old girl had sex with another guy, lets say 12-14. They both didn't get any STDs or get pregnant, they just had sex. If the 11 year old girl and the 12-14 year old boy were both willing and both wanted to do it, and did not regret it, would the boy get charged with rape?

My little brother miles is constantly complaining about how short he is, and I don't blame him.

He is almost 12 and is only 4'6". Almost all of his friends are well over 5 ft. Even the girls that he is older than are 7 inches taller than him. I know that he will get his growth spurt, but you usually don't grow 8 or 9 inches during your growth spurt, and thats how much he needs to catch up with everyone elses hight, and you only grow, like, 4 or 5 inches during pueberty.

I'm especially concerned because when he gets older he's going to want to be dating girls, and girls don't date guys shorter than them or within a few inches of his height, and this is going to be a real problem.

Our parents are actually pretty tall. Our dad is 6 ft and our mom is 5'6". So why is this happening?
