It's already difficult enough to sign up without a phone. How do trolls overcome this?

4 AnswersPolls & Surveys9 years agoIf chatting is a violation of the Community Guidelines, why do the mods allow it up on P&S?
Did any of you guys notice how 99% of the people here break the community guidelines in almost every answer and question (ex. not answering the question, asking without a question), yet Yahoo seems to let it happen here?

I personally enjoy reasking them to get a different group of responses each time. Do you?
12 AnswersPolls & Surveys9 years agoWhat are some great 80's, 90's and early 2000's cartoons for kids?
I want to show the young children of today the cartoons of the good old days. Instead of raising them on only modern ones, I want to let them grow to appreciate the past generation's cartoons, and let them foster their imagination. Can you give me some? I'll take your word for it!
Thanks!

As in pop culture encourages it, yet you find it immoral.
5 AnswersPolls & Surveys9 years agoIs the early-mid 2000s generally associated with 1990's culture?
Because I see people saying "The 2000's were about Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, Chris Brown, Jersey Shore, Fanboy and Chum Chum, etc", when they only started in the late 2000s. Also, IIRC, in the early-mid 2000s, there were artists like Ashanti and Nelly Furtado, and people are posting "I miss the 90's" a lot on those types of videos.
Do people usually classify the early--mid 2000s stuff as 1990's culture?
