I want to know what usually happens to people who plea not guilty and\or guilty due to reason of insanity what happens to that person? If a person is guilty do the get sent to a mental health facility like an asylum, or do they go to a prison then are placed into a mental health wing. Now if a person pleads not guilty because of reason of insanity they do win the trial, do they just get let off the hook or do they usually have to spend time in a mental health facility regardless. In either case does the person have parole officers and\or mental health professionals to keep them in check? Do they have doctors that are basically parole officers? Just like what happens, what's the general umbrella rules and regulations in those types of situations?

You know what border line stuff - like giving g some one HIV, selling drugs, do drugs, steal, steal your identity. What could you say would be corruption of a law enforcement official. Like what's that border what's that line you don't want to cross? I figure giving some one HIV/Aide could be counted as your loosing your badge and going to prison.
