A guy I have dated told me he has in the past let a gay friend perform oral sex to him but insist he did not do anything homosexual. I argued that by letting another male blow him he was taking part in a homosexual act. Who is right?

My 14 year old nephew has been staying with me while his parents are in Europe, he is a good kid and I have always gave him honest answers about sex. He has a gay friend the same age, although my nephew insist the he himself is straight, he told me last night that he has been letting his gay pal perform oral sex on him. He told him that he wanted him to be his first, and since he had never had a b/j, it would be first for them both. I am afraid the boys will get caught in the act and both parents will find out and I'm not doing a good job of looking after their son. Should I forbid him to see his gay friend anymore, or should I let them use a room in my apartment, or just leave things as they are and hope they don't get caught?

Two years ago my brother who was 16 at the time was swimming nude with other teenagers in a private pool, while on the diving board he posed for this girl to take his picture, now somehow the pic got on someone's phone and is making the rounds. Why does Netflix stop and sorta freezes up when i watch a movie, it will say, please wait, buffering? I have high speed internet with Comcast, no smart t.v, it feeds from the Sony blue-ray player via my Wi-Fi. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
