Can any one give me some information the emporer of Rome between + - 330BC to 320BC? And i would like some basic information about the Legions, such as their names, how many there were, a name maybe of a general or two (if that is at all possible)

But please dont go out on a limb, as i said, i just need a little info.

If a person left earth when they were 20 years old, how old whould they be if they travles 20 light years to a planet and 20 light years back to earth? How old would people have to be able to become?

Cos i would like to work in a different country, but i dont know which area of the world has the largest need for vets. I wouldnt mind working in Africa or the Middle East or South America, but i know what its like there already.

Ok, so we had to do an experimental investigation of electrical resistance at school before the holidays. I had to investigate how the corss-sectional area of a wire had an effect on its resistance and in turn, the temperature of the wire. Our teacher told us that we would be measuring the temperature of the wires by placing them inside water and measuring the temp. of the water before and after we placed the wire inside it for 3 minutes. Then work out the difference....this was completely stupid, cos the moment water comes into the whole thing, its a whole new experiment on its own, with its own variables and so on...

Anyway, I kept the ammount of water the same, the lenght of wire the same and i used steel wire all the way through. I only changed the thinkness of the wire by first using one 0.3mm wire then using four 0.3mm wires twisted tightly around each other, then seven, then ten and then thirteen. I placed them all in 20ml of water, for 3 minutes each.....

I would love to learn what most of the constellations look like, in interested in Astronomy, but cant find many good websites showing the shapes and positions of the constellations very well.

According to patterns in the history of the eath, is the earth due for a climate change right about now? or is this climate change ALL due to humans....I know most o it is, but is some of it natural?

I mean, i know what lent is, but in the Bible people r told to celbrat passover (which is when God let his people out of captivity into the promiced land....physically) and then again Jesus' diening on the cross and resurection (God leading his people out of captivity into the promiced land.....spiritually) So where does it say we have to fast and all the stuff in the days before we celebrate Jesus cruxifition and resureaction?

Okay, so me and a lot of my pals r going on a camping trip (we are all between 15 and 16 years old. We are doing the camping trip for a school thing (a girls school, BTW) . Anyway, me and my best friend were thinking about pulling some FRIENDLY pranks on our mates. But we dont have any gd ideas. Do u ppl have any gd ideas fr some. Nothing disgusting or horrible plz. would you convert in order to save your life? Or would you let them kill you? If someone said that they would put you in jail because of your faith, would you convert or would you let them put you in jail? Just interested what other ppl out there would do.

I was speaking to a Muslim friend the other day and I asked him if he can understand what is written in the Qur'an as he cant speak or understand arabic. (The little that he can understand is not enough for him to even communicate with anyone) And he said no. And that when he was younger he went to lessons at his mosque, but all they did was recite pages of it, but did not learn what it meant. How does this work, how are people like him supposed to know what is written in their holy book if they cannot even understand it themselves? Are there translations?

going to the country side for a person who suffers from stress/depression or other such problems, do you think that it would work better, and benifit the person more in the long term to be helped by getting away from the bussy, modern city life for a while, to heal? I have always thought that being close to nature for even just a little while has a very big effect on humans....after all, we are part of nature aswell.

It does not have to be the only one, but the most important to have /gain. If you have more than one, thats ok aswell. (Eg: qualities such as wisdom, for example)

I have done horse riding since i was 8 years old and im 16 now. I love horses and being around them. But even though horse riding is as much part of me as my name, i seem to have lost all the intrest and passion i used to have for it. But for the past year i have ben very bored in my lessons, doing more or less the same stuff over and over again. I mean, i think ive learnt most of the stuff i can learn in riding lessons and if i want to go any further, i would have to get my own horse. The only problem is, i live in the city and in order to care for a horse of my own, i would have to go to the stables every day, my life style just doesnt allow that right now. It would not be fair to the horse.

Has this ever happend to any other horsey people out there, cos i dont know if this is just one of those teenage phases ; ) or if i should pay attention or not. Just want some ppl's opinions. thanx!

My eye colour changes from time to time. My eyes are usually green with some hazle around the iris, but sometimes it looks like the colour is paler or the hazle is brighter. Other times the colour becomes a more yellowish green than usual. It this my imgination or can a person's eye colour change and if so, what can possible reasons for this be?

almost, if not, all of which is not in the Bible and is not what the origional Christians practiced? Is this right? Doesnt it kinda slot in with Revelations 22:18-19 " I warn anyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds anything to them God will add to him the plagues described in this book. And if anyone takes words away from this book of prophecy, God will take away from him his share in the tree of life and the holy city, which are described in this book."?

Do you think it matters to God that we humans think we are so wonderful that we can add to His religion? Or do you think He just doesnt care at all.

How many of these added things actually come from pagan religions?

(I am not attacking Catholics cos I know these changes where made a long time ago, im just wondering if we should just accept these changes because it was done so many years ago and we r used to it, or if we should think about what God taught and did, and question what the people did)

The Jews, i think, still call it Passover, wich i think makes more sens, cos God calles it that in the Bible. Also, even though i am a christian, when i hear the word "Passover" i think of the Isrealites and God, and Jesus dieing on the cross, but when I hear "Easter" i think, un willingly, of the chocolate bunnies and eggs and all that rubbish. Should we then call this celebration Passover, instead of Easter, as its supposd to be about God and how God told us it should be?

I am a Christian and I know that Christians often praise God through song. Other than the songs we sing in Church, I also like litsenin to christian music bands like Tree63, Downhere or Casting Crowns. I as wondering if people of other religions praise their god through song in the same way we do cos ive never heard any eg. Buddist or Muslim music.
