Hi i was wondering what are some benefits of being "fit and healthy"?

i would like to get an athletic body and i have set myself a deadline of five months to achieve this. i am 14, female, approximately 165 cm tall, i weigh 41kg and i have a naturally lean body i don't want to get thinner as i am only 14 and i am against dieting what i would like is a more athletic body that will make it easier to do exercise. i intend to eat healthier ect. and i would like to do the exercise at home. what can i do to get an athletic body?.

im going on a surf camp and i want to look good please don't tell me it's impossible and stuff because i know it basically is but my thighs barely touch and i was wandering if there was any exercise i could do?

well i'm going on a surf camp on monday (it's wednesday) and i want to look good in my bathers my stomach is already pretty flat i just want to tone it up a bit more before this camp please don't tell me it's impossible or that i will have to starve myself if you could just tell me exercises and stuff that i could do that would be great

e.g 300 sit ups ETC

1. Describe 2 main features of good batting technique including grip and stance. Include pictures/diagrams.

2. There are a variety of batting strokes, Describe the difference between 2 types of attacking shots eg. Hook, sweep, drive etc.

3. Describe why and also the action of the batter when they play defensively.

5. What measure are taken to ensure that players eliminate the risk of injury? (List all safety equipment players’ use and also safety procedures.)

Hi ok so i am a Harry potter fan and so is my friend so i have decided too give her a Harry Potter kit so here is what i have got so far i am going to give her a box covered with harry potter pictures and the deathly hallows sign then inside i am going to have things like Betty Botts every flavor beans, a wand, a marauders' map, a Hogwarts acceptance letter, prefect badge, maybe things like a cloak with her house (i think Gryffindor) and maybe (if i can) a necklace

but i don't think it's enough for a gift any other ideas?
