If a company pays you a differential pay for night shifts and you go out on Short or Long Term Disability is the Differential pay you received part of your gross salary if that is what you earned? So lets say they pay you 70% of your salary is that part of it?

It was not paid as overtime - it was straight pay for the crazy hours worked. It was an extra 12 hours of pay per week straight.

Curious to see if there are any insurance agents who handle this or employers who can answer this question.

Have you been ripped off by Apple and the 3G iphone? We have an iphone that is not even 5 months old that has been having issues: When it is turned on it works fine, but when it goes dim and falls asleep after 30 seconds Exactly it will shut off and not restart unless you do a hard restart. You can wake it up anytime within 29 seconds without having to do that.When attached to the computer it will work just fine fall asleep and functions perfectly.

This phone has been treated like a baby and has NEVER seen water of any kind. When we brought the iphone to the apple store they showed us the moisture sensor was a very faint pink and said basically you are SOL and that is that. I know we are not alone and I think it is a scam. We just argued on the phone with the Apple robots and when asked if a sensor can be defaulty we were told no. Now come on is anything fool proof? You mean to tell us that there is a 0% failure rate with this sensor - but they cannot show us proof of that.

I really think Apple is ripping us all off and was wondering what some of you out there have done. Has anyone gone to small claims court for this?

Tell me your story. I know there are more and more Class Action suits against Apple, but I am not sure of this one is part as of yet and I really think it should be.

What kind of customer service is this - what happened to the customer always being right? Instead it is so sorry give us your money, oops your sticker changed color, give us more money.

I understand the Bakugan game some what, but need some help. If I were to go buy my child this game what do I start with - I am so confused with all the stuff out there.

Also - when playing this game is each player one color or do they bring their own marbles? how many marble do you play with? what if more than one kid has the same marble?

I am looking for ideas and suggestions on how to throw a Webkinz party online for friends. If you were given and invitation from a birthday party you went to for a virtual party in your favor bag and it gave you a date time and the birthday child's user name would that work to get you there?

The guest could then add them to their friends list and be added to the birthday child's when they are notified.

They would then get invited in the room and have to bring a gift with them.

I would love ideas and suggestions for more things. Thanks in advance.
