How much would chrysanthemums cost November?
I'm writing a story, and the main character owns a flower shop, and she just received her order of five-cases of chrysanthemums, each case containing about twenty-or-so flowers. (Also, it's currently November in the story, so I believe they'd be in season.)
About how much do you think it would cost her?
Thanks!

1 AnswerFinancial Aid7 years agoPlaque around my braces?
I got braces in April, and for the last few months I've had plaque around the brackets of my braces. I brush twice a day and floss as best I can every single night, but I can't for the life of me get rid of the plaque around the brackets. Will the plaque stain my teeth? Will it cause gross yellowish squares on my teeth when I get my braces off?
Thanks.

5 AnswersBaby Names7 years agoCan you help me think of a name for a fake heart disease?
I'm writing a series of books, and in the third book the main character finds out she has a heart disease. I don't want to use a real one because I need the symptoms and everything to work perfectly with the story. I'm terrible at names though! Does anyone have name-suggestions for a fake heart disease?
Thank you & Happy Thanksgiving!
12 AnswersPolls & Surveys7 years agoHow do I make myself look better?
I'm so gross looking.
I have pale skin (though luckily no acne), I'm too tall (5'9"), my nose is too wide, my eyes are too small and they're an ugly hazel-brownish color and have horrible bags underneath, and I have this really ugly scar from when I got stitches as a kid right next to my right eye, and my lips are crooked, my chin protrudes when I smile, I have awful eyebrows, my head is huge, and my cheekbones are too high for my chipmunk cheeks.
What can I do to fix some of this? Obviously, I can't help the height thing or the eyes-being-too-small-for-my-big-head thing, but can I at least fix some of these? I feel so ugly all the time and I'm sick of it. I want to fix it. In fact, I'm seriously considering getting a nose job when I'm older.
Thanks.
7 AnswersOther - Beauty & Style8 years agoI need suggestions for good shows or movies on Netflix?
I don't like scifi or fantasy or detective/murder shows. The shows I like are Switched at Birth, The Fosters, Drop Dead Diva, Gilmore Girls, and Bunheads. It's kind of hard to find other shows like that on Netflix that don't totally suck though. Any suggestions?
Thanks!
3 AnswersMovies8 years agoI'm really pretty in the mirror but on camera I'm hideous?
I am so confused. I look very pretty in the mirror. Like, Miranda Kerr pretty. But then when I see pictures of myself, I want to vomit. I look like a freaking ogre. Is it possible that I am actually pretty in real life but I'm just not photogenic? I've always thought that what a person looks like on camera is what they look like to other people. Is that true? Or am I just very, very, VERY unphotogenic?
10 AnswersOther - Beauty & Style8 years agoWhat steps would I have to take to prepare to be emancipated?
I'm sixteen-years-old and I am interested in becoming emancipated for personal reasons. My parents do not abuse me or put me in any sort of physical harm, so although my own physical well-being does not depend on this, I feel as though my emotional well-being does. (There are far too many reasons to explain here, so I'll just leave it at that.)
IF I were to become emancipated (I doubt my parents would approve of it, but it might be worth a shot), I know already I'd have to get a job and prove my financial stability, and I plan on getting my GED and driver's license soon. What else would I have to do to prove I am responsible enough to be emancipated?

5 AnswersOther - Beauty & Style8 years agoHow much iron do I need daily?
I'm a vegetarian and I'm working on finding other foods besides meat that is high in iron, but I don't know how much iron I need. I'm sixteen-years-old, 5'9", about 130-140ish pounds, and I consume little to no iron at the moment. So how much iron should someone of my age, height, and weight be consuming per day?
Thank you!
2 AnswersDiet & Fitness8 years agoIs Nevada a pitbull friendly state as of 2013?
I'm moving to Nevada soon and I want to be sure that my dog won't be taken away and murdered. She's a golden retriever-pitbull mix, so although she isn't a purebred I still want to make sure she will be okay. I read somewhere that Nevada does not discriminate against certain dog breeds, but all those articles were 3-4 years old, so I want to make sure that is still the case. I'm moving around the Reno area if that helps.

4 AnswersCivic Participation8 years agoDo I need to be afraid of WWIII?
Some people say we've been in WWIII for decades now, some people say WWIII was the Cold War, some people say WWIII would never happen because the government knows what they're doing now. I have no idea if any of those things are true.
And I really want to know: Do I need to fear for my ******* life or what? Are we going to get attacked? Are there going to be even more bombings? Shootings? Invasions? What the hell is going on here and do I need to worry about my life and the life of my family? WHAT DO I DO??????
2 AnswersGovernment8 years agoWhat does hummus taste like?
I've never tried it because the name sounds absolutely revolting, but I'm quite bored with my usual meals so I'm trying to find some new food to eat, and I thought I would give hummus a try. Is it any good though? What can you eat it with? It's vegan-friendly, right?
2 AnswersOther - Food & Drink8 years agoIs 5'8" considered tall for a 16-year-old girl?
I'm 16 and I'm about 5'8", almost 5'9". I'm taller than all four of my siblings but they're all pretty short (my brother is the only other one besides me who is above 5'5") so I don't know if I'm actually tall or just tall in comparison to them.
So being about 5'8.5", am I tall? Average? Short?
