Was it the author of the bible you decreed the first 3 chapters should deal with mans fall from Gods grace?
while the last three chapters shows us how God redeems mankind from his sinful state, back into his favour.
On the grounds the Bible covers a span of three thousand five hundred years, does this rule out men from being in any way involved in arranging how the Holy Bible came down to YOU and me?
1 AnswerReligion & Spirituality9 years agoWhat prophesy of Jesus do present "Food Distributions Centres"?
in rich count for the poor and homeless, fulfill?
Or, do you think "food distribution centres" for this purpose have been around for centuries?
4 AnswersReligion & Spirituality9 years agoChristians: Is it reasonable to view any claim to atheism with a pinch of salt?
Because, is there any such creature as an atheist? Weren't all humans made with the capacity to ask the question, "who is God?"
Some of us have been given an answer to the name of the true God. Others have made up their own. But, everyone who has ever lived have had a conception of a God. Is this not the case?
7 AnswersReligion & Spirituality9 years agoChristians: Is it reasonable to view atheism as a sickness of the mind (Romans 5:12)?
The apostle Paul speaks of those who cannot see, even though they look. He also speaks of those who are "blinded" by a supernatural force operating around them (2 Corinthians 4:4).
Do you think this sickness will one day be responsible for the death those who are determined to do nothing about obtaining a cure? (Revelation 21:8)
11 AnswersReligion & Spirituality9 years agoIn order for one to overcome atheism, why is it necessary to look beyond the obvious?
Just because we can't see something with our eyes, does it mean it's not there?
Isaiah 45:18
6 AnswersReligion & Spirituality9 years agoDo atheists believe (that some people) believe in God and in god's?
Do atheists believe that people should be allowed to believe whatever they want?
Please do not use the word, "schools" in your answer. This is because individuals who attend schools, in any capacity, are also granted free will to believe whatever they want.
16 AnswersReligion & Spirituality9 years agoIf all living organisms have a common beginning, do all non-living matter, likewise, have a common beginning?
And is that common beginning an outside source to the physical universe?
Isaiah 45:18
2 AnswersReligion & Spirituality9 years agoWhy do some atheists still believe the earth is flat?
The Bible teaches otherwise.
"HE is stretching out the north over empty place, hanging the earth upon nothing. HE has described a circle upon the face of the waters, to where light ends in darkness" (Job 26:8 - 10).
"There is one dwelling above the circle of the earth, the dwellers of which are like grasshoppers..." (Isaiah 40:22)
18 AnswersReligion & Spirituality9 years agoThis question is for anybody to try and answer, including those deemed as wicked by the Holy Bible?
What is meant by "spiritual insight" and is it vital for full understanding of the Holy Scriptures?
"...closed to the wise and intellectuals and opened up to babies" (Matthew 11:25)
12 AnswersReligion & Spirituality9 years agoEvolutionists: What did the Bible writer, Luke, mean when he wrote the words...?
"...by hearing you will hear but by no means understand, and, looking you will look but by no means see". Acts 28:26
14 AnswersReligion & Spirituality9 years agoEvolutionist: Do living cells upgrade themselves over tens of thousands of years?
If so, how do they do it. What exactly happens to them that can be defined as an "upgrade" of the original cell?
Do you agree that this must be what happens for a amoeba to turn into a human-being?
17 AnswersReligion & Spirituality9 years agoWhat are the gaps you've discovered in the evolution theory?
Or, are you content to believe there aren't any? Evolution is therefore, a complete science. You believe it's the only science that IS complete and needs no verification, re-testing, re-analysing anywhere on anything?
22 AnswersReligion & Spirituality9 years agoAre there at least two different kinds of atheists?
The first one worships the creation instead of the creator. He also curses anything called God or gods.
The other type prefers not to use the word "creator" at all, but worships it anyway. He call it science and claims this to be his maker.
23 AnswersReligion & Spirituality9 years agoAs an atheist, do you understand the issue of universal sovereignty as stated at Genesis 3:15,16?
And again as enacted through the experience of the man Job in book of the same name?
15 AnswersReligion & Spirituality9 years agoI've just read a book on evolution as recommended by YA. But, the ideas are still incredible. Why is that?
Do I now need to suspend logic to accept a blind guide that decides what the human race does to survive. Because individually, we don't live long enough to effect any changes in our bodies. In fact, left up to us our bodies will disintegrate through: bad eating habits, our environment and general deterioration.
So where does the "fittest survive" come in to the human existence?
12 AnswersReligion & Spirituality9 years agoDoes evolution mean the specie is getting: bigger, stronger, fitter and more healthy?
If so, why do we have to depend on medical science to keep us alive those extra few years longer?
e.g. Blood pressure tablets, old people's homes, care homes, simvastatin, incontinence pads,
