My boiler is clapped out. I've seen a reference to replacing it with one which has Dual Controls. Can anyone explain what they are please?

I have no interest whatsoever in having Yahoo Messenger on my system. I hate seeing messages pop up which look like they're from prostitution/escort services. ( I have no grudge against these services whatever, I just don't want them popping up uninvited!) I have a couple of perfectly good email addresses which anyone wishing to contact me can use. I hate having to look at a Yahoo Messenger mini toolbar at the bottom of my screen when I'm viewing my emails. How do I get rid of it please?

While I'm at it (having a good old fashioned rant!) a side message has opened up saying "Hmm... it looks like you have a lot of punctuation." Of course I have! I'm bloody well literate and articulate, and I detest having a machine try to tell me that my use of the Queen's English exceeds it's programming! Is it possible to remove this annoyance too?

I checked in tonight to view replies, and discovered my question had been deleted. I have no idea why. I don't think I deleted it. One person responded but didn't answer the question I had asked. They offered more info on Bosch. They also claimed to be a teacher. Hmmm . . .

As I look through questions page by page, many are repeated. At the bottom of the page now, while I type, I see there are 20598 questions. So why are so many repeated?
