Hi guys. I m building a new desktop for a small office I work in. What I m wondering is whether or not a discrete graphics card is necessary.

We re a small company that designs and publishes magazines and school yearbooks. We don t use any 3d applications. And obviously, no games... The main programs that we use are; Adobe Photoshop, Indesign and QuarkXpress. Also Freehand MX and MS Office Publisher on some occasions.

I m thinking of building a system with an i5-6600 or i7-6700 both of which have a pretty decent igpu.

Would a mid-range card like an HD 6850 or GTX 750 offer any significant gain in performance?

A friend of mine recieved this as an sms message; "would you be open to connect on a hire level"

I m not a native English speaker. Does this mean something like: "Would you be interested in connecting with me to talk about a potential job offer?"

I've seen a few Russian people speak English, and their accent is nothing like the Russian accent that is shown on US media.

I mean the accents of Reznov from Call of Duty, Gru from Despicable Me, FPSRussia's accent. Is that an unrealistic accent or do some Russian people really talk like that?

What happened to it and how can I recover it?
