She's 26, I'm 28. We've been together for a little over three years and we were friends for a few years before that. We've been through some craaaaazy stuff together. She's back in college and has a job. She takes the bus everywhere at all hours and studies her heart out when she has free time.
I'm really proud of her. She's doing great in class, her job is menial and unsatisfying, but she never complains. Take my word for it that this is a complete 180 from where we were a year ago.
I've told her how proud I am of her, and how much I love her, but I want to do something nice for her, too.
Any suggestions?
