Okay, I've got IIS and all that. See I want to make a page which is seen anytime a device connects to my wireless network. Just like the login pages some public hotspots have got only this time it's a normal page with links, like a portal or something. How do I apply this feature on my network on Windows 7. It's an ad hoc network I'm broadcasting using the inbuilt wlan adapter. Need help. Need the steps and instructions to achieve this.

I'm in search of forums and Facebook groups where teens who know their computer stuff, I mean real geeks hangout. Yeah I'm bored having to go through Google or have to visit certain forums filled with grown-ups , you know, not like I have a problem or anything, it's just that I think it'll be much interesting to communicate with my fellow teens, it helps balance the understanding and everything. So yeah, any ideas anyone?

Okay, to begin with, I'm trying to create an app using HTML5,CSS3 and Javascript. When I'm done I convert using PhoneGap or Icenium but all that's later because as at now I'm having a problem. Yeah, well, I'm kind of new to this, creating apps using web technology but the problem is, I want to create a drop-down menu which has links to the various pages using javascript and I don't know how or I'm just not sure how to do it. I just want a menu that when clicked/tapped/touched has links to the various pages of the app(basic navigation) which when I click on, will produce a list, a list of the various pages(sorry if I'm repeating my statements so much).

I could create this drop-down menu with CSS but I'm not sure about doing that since most native apps aren't like that(I guess). I could also just make a menu page and link it to the menu button but I'm not sure if I want to do that too(Need some advice on my choices). So, knowing how javascript works I'm pretty sure using it would be good for the job(I'm open for alternatives as well)

Okay, as the title says, I want to begin developing apps using HTML 5 and I'm currently searching for book tutorials and pdf tutorials. I'm also in search of the appropriate tools needed for the task. Any ideas. I really don't know where square one is exactly. I check Google and it's mostly filled with both the stuff I need and I don't need/get. I'm good at developing web pages using HTML4 and a bit of CSS so I don't think I'd have a problem familiarizing myself with HTML. I could work on my javascript skill but that's not the problem now. So I really need guides, anyone?

Okay, I've got shoutcast, winamp and all the needed stuff(well I think excerpt my mp3 license but that doesn't matter now). I'm trying to run an internet radio station from my laptop using shoutcast and winamp(got tracks alright), now, I believe I've gone through the appropriate steps for the task, I've been able to start a stream and listen to it using another media player, this I've done working on localhost(127.0.0.1). Now I'm trying to stream over the internet using my laptop as the server, I've got down my external ip address and the shoutcast port but everytime I send the stream link to friends, that's the direct stream link, they're not able to listen, in fact they get nothing, initially I thought I didn't have the right external ip address but i checked with a few sites like whatismyip.com, etc. and my external ip is right. When I try getting to my shoutcast homepage which is supposed to be hosted by my pc on iphone, I get nothing, just the usual error message. So I decided to check my ip address on my wifi connection and typed it into my iphone along with the working shoutcast port, then i get to the homepage, initially I thought it was the right address but i realised it was only the internal address and my iphone is on the same network. Now I go back to working with my external ip address but when i try accessing the shoutcast homepage, I get : "Connection refused...(my ip address and the designated port)". Need help I just want to access my pc via it"s external ip from another pc or device. I've even disabled my firewall for this but still connection refused. Need help everyone!!!!! I'm trying to use my laptop as a server, running win 7 home pro.

Okay, I plan on wearing an airwalk pair of shorts and a converse high tops(doubles) out today but don't what shirt to pick up or type of shirt to pick up with it. It's been a month now and my Dell Dimension 2400 just keeps rebooting after the Dell logo screen appears. I'm not able to access the Utility Partition(The system just freezes when I select it) and the HDD and F8 doesn't work leaving me unable to use the PC From my observations it seems something is preventing the PC from booting the HDD. What I don't know is if it's a hardware o software related problem. I know my PC is not in bet of health due to my experiments and a few virus attacks but can anyone please help me with this problem?
