I ve been suffering from moderate to severe depression for three years now. I ve been to counseling sessions a year ago and it didn t help me that much... Im usually or at least i try to be optimistic, but it s so hard. I try to see the good side of things but the negative always seems to be stronger or wins. I feel like if i were to leave this world, it would be a better place for everyone. I ve thought about suicide many times and still do. I feel like nobody cares, not even my family. I lost my best friend, and dont have any other close friends i can talk to. I feel unloved and unappreciated by family, other friends, and my boyfriend. I feel so selfish for being upset. People have it way worse, i have a roof over my head and cloths on my back but why do i feel so sad? I have anger outbursts but im not a violent person. I try to keep the peace with everyone. I don t know where to turn or what to do. I wish people could understand, but no one knows what im like beind closed doors. they would be shocked if they knew what im really like. Should i seek another counselor, professional help? Thank you

I have been on birth control pills for over 3 years, I've been taking marvelon 28 for a year now. I rarely miss pills. Always take them around the same time every night. If i take a test to see if im pregnant, will it read negative results? Will the hormones mess it up?

We both graduate from the same school this year. She asked him to go to prom and he said yes. They're just friends and she even has an older bf. I feel upset and confused about this situation, but should i be? Or am i overreacting? This girl and i dont know each other, but as far as i know we never had an issue with each other, but is she doing this because she might not like me for some reason? Like when you first wake up, how you look. Or the bathroom or passing gas like how do people get comfortable with that with their partner? Or having a little stubble after you shave... I try not to let people see it because t gives them "power" but i feel so weak that i dont care anymore. I am usually a happy person but i am depressed right now and even when I don't feel depressed i still feel incredibly angry and i feel like im going to damage furniture like walls and stuff and i feel like im going to hit someone one day because of it. I find it really hard to cope with. The only way for me to escape is to get high. Whether it's pills or weed. Everything and everyone is getting to me. I get mad over little things too. I've been to counciling and it didnt help me. I try my best and it isnt ever good enough. I feel unappreciated by everyone and i literally have nobody to go to. I don't have a family and i only have one good friend to be honest with you and they arent understanding whatsoever. Im not mad for no reason either. I just feel like i ruin things for people and i am getting suicidal thoughts sometimes. I dont know what to do or whats wrong with me. Someone help me please. Sorry its so long

I think i got them from the one foot hitting the other while walking cuz its only on the inner toe part. I don't know how to get rid of them though.. Any suggestions how to get rid of them or hide them? Thanks!!
