Long story short, I was born in Germany, I got dragged to the USA by my mother when I was 3, she passed away, and Ive been in the USA ever since. I obtained my citizenship and am with my father in Germany now, however the authorities here will not let me stay more than 90 days unless I find work. I am educated, speak german, but find it impossible to do so. Any loopholes out there so I can stay, my only family is here. Any help would be appreciated.

It was relatively minor, a slight sprain I guess, but his job wont let him work and suspended him without pay until he is cleared by a doctor. It costs money to have a doctor fill out paperwork (he cant afford it) and they will assume he is voluntarily leaving his position if he does not return it within 7 days. Can he get unemployment if the terminate him for being unable to pay a doctor to clear him? This situation seems so wrong to me.

I am trying to play .wmv movies I made on my xbox. They are all on my Ubuntu computer I do editing on. I am quite familiar with windows networking but this is new to me, and I have no idea how to configure this to work via my xbox. Any ideas? I dont want to have to burn dvd after dvd, and even those wont work in the xbox! Any ideas? -Levan
