I'd like to know how relativity works, please ...?
I know that time slows as you approach the speed of light, but I have never understood *why* this should be so.
Can someone please explain why velocity would affect time? What difference does it make how fast you go? Why would that affect time? (I accept that it does, but I have never understood *why*.)

Where do you draw the line between a miscarriage and a premature birth? What is that dividing line? Or is there one? Are there no such thing as miscarriages? Then why are they mentioned in the Bible? (unlike abortion, which is not mentioned)
